Denise Richards has been making headlines lately as she recently made new allegations against Aaron Phypers.

Richards has been in the news for a while now regarding her problematic marriage with Phyphers, who allegedly physically abused her during their marriage. The 54-year-old actress and television personality was previously married to Golden Globe-winning actor Charlie Sheen. She tied the knot with Canadian-American businessman, Aaron Phypers, in September 2018.

Obtained by People magazine, the court documents state that the Wild Things actress, Denise Richards, has been granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order against the 52-year-old Aaron Phypers. In her filing for the same, she has reportedly provided photos and other details as she accused Phypers of physical abuse. In the court documents, Richards alleged:

"Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages."

She continued:

"Aaron regularly threatened to 'break my jaw' and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help — none of which ever happened."

The Starship Troopers star claimed that Phypers had caused her a minimum of three concussions as he physically assaulted her. Denise Richards also alleged that Phypers is the owner of eight firearms and several bulletproof vests. In the court documents, she claimed that:

"Throughout our marriage, Aaron threatened to kill me and himself and the police."

While Richards wanted to go to the police and report Phypers' violent behavior, she was scared. Denise said:

"He (Aaron Phypers) has repeatedly threatened to kill himself and me if I reported him to the police, among his other threats of harm to me and himself if he is reported for his abuse to anyone."
