Rumors are swirling that Kendrick Lamar has a collaboration with Hatsune Miku in the works.
Fans are convinced that the Not Like Us rapper has a project with the Vocaloid software voicebank on the horizon after X account Daily Noud shared a post announcing the same.
However, this is untrue as Daily Noud is a parody account, as mentioned in its bio on the microblogging platform.
"These are fake stories," it asserts.
Furthermore, as of this writing, neither Kendrick Lamar nor Hatsune Miku, which is most known for its official mascot of a virtual girl, has issued an announcement about a possible collaboration.

In other news, Kendrick Lamar is now officially a two-time Emmy Award winner. Per Where Is The Buzz, the Compton native earned an accolade on September 8, 2025, for Outstanding Music Direction for his record-shattering Apple Music Bowl LIX Halftime Show.
The show raked in a staggering 133.5 million viewers, making it the most-watched halftime show ever. It kicked Usher's 2024 performance to second place. On platforms, it reportedly clocked 3.65 billion views across the world and a whopping 810 million impressions.
A TikTok video shared by the NFL also became the first halftime clip to surpass 100 million views, while a YouTube video of the same also clocked in 50 million views in 72 hours.
Kendrick Lamar now becomes the third person ever, after Lin-Manuel Miranda and Marvin Hamlisch, to boast several Grammys, Emmys, and a Pulitzer Prize.
As for Hatsune Miku, while it doesn't have a collaboration with Kendrick Lamar, it has collaborated with Sonic to debut with its fourth track, "Treasure Garden." The collaboration, titled “Project Onsoku," is reportedly a part of the debut of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.
A music video for the same is already out, and it was reportedly composed by Ponchi, who is known for specializing in Vocaloid and rhythm game music. Its art was made by Yumenouchi, an artist known for designing music videos and characters for games like Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage! and Chunithm.
Ungeek has reported that the fifth and final track of the project is due this September 22. Titled “Denkoh Sekka," its lyrics and music were crafted by Camellia. As for the game itself, it will debut on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on September 25, 2025.
