Zac Brown says being with Kendra Scott is unlike anything he's ever been in.

The 46-year-old, promoting his forthcoming residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, spoke to Us Weekly about his romance with Scott. The pair announced their engagement just this Thursday, July 24.

“Finding someone I’m so like-minded with and share and align in such a way, it’s such an incredible thing,” he said. “It’s totally different than anything I’ve ever had before.”

The pair made their relationship public two months ago at this year's American Music Awards. In a statement to People Magazine, the singer and Scott, 51, said:

"We are so happy and grateful that we found each other."

Zac Brown and Kendra Scott's relationship explored as the singer's ex-wife breaks her silence on their engagement:

Back in May, when Zac Brown and Kendra Scott went official with their romance, a source told People Magazine:

"They were set up by a mutual friend, and are totally in love. They are head over heels and have become inseparable."

In photos shared with the outlet, Scott can be seen sporting a pink, blingy diamond ring on her finger. In May, following the award ceremony, Scott, who nabbed the first Veterans Voice Award at the show, took to Instagram to commemorate the moment. His band was also nominated for Favorite Country Duo or Group.

“Hit the @amas red carpet with the best date by my side,” Brown wrote. “Ready to soak it all in and have some fun tonight!”

Scott also echoed the sentiments and gushed over her three-time Grammy-winning boyfriend on Instagram:

“What an unforgettable night at the @amas! ♥️We danced, we laughed, and seeing Zac honored with the inaugural Veteran’s Voice Award was the highlight of it all,” she wrote. “@zacbrown, I’m so incredibly proud of you — of your heart, your service, and the man you are. You couldn’t deserve this more.”

In a recent interview with Today, Zac Brown joked about the pressure of having to buy a ring for someone who designs jewelry:

“What are you going to get someone who designs jewelry?” he asked. But he felt confident about it anyway, saying, “I feel great, I got her good. It’s incredible. We’re so happy to find each other. We’re so blessed. We have so much energy to give to everything else more to give our music, our families."

Zac Brown and Kendra Scott have both been married in the past. The singer shares five kids with his ex-wife, Shelby Brown. He was also married to model Kelly Yazdi, though they filed for divorce four months after tying the knot.

Yazdi took to Instagram on July 24 to acknowledge the ongoing legal battle between her and Zach Brown. The latter filed a lawsuit in May last year, accusing Yazdi of defamation about a post she made about her being in an abusive and controlling relationship. However, Brown was not named in the post.

"First and foremost, I've tried to move on in my life, but I can't snap my fingers and get out of this lawsuit. Zac has forced me into litigation so I have no choice but to defend myself against his circus," she said in an Instagram Reel.

In his filing, Zac Brown also accused his ex-wife of sharing a poem that infringed on her employment contract with his company, Zac Brown Collective.

"So back in May, the judge said at our hearing that he believes that this is just one big fat divorce case and I 100% agree with him," she continued. "Zac continues to keep me in this divorce case masquerading as an employment lawsuit by repeatedly suing me in order to keep me silent."

She then said that she is expected to meet him at the trial, scheduled for September 15.

"I can't say I’m looking forward to our 'reunion,'" she said. "But I am looking forward to putting this all behind me."

As reported by Parade, not long after Zac Brown announced his engagement, Yazdi took to Instagram Stories to share a poll for her followers about the timing of the incident. "Coincidence," she captioned it, alongside an eye-roll emoji. However, she clarified that she fosters no malicious feelings towards his third bride-to-be:

"This is also not about Zac's new fiancée. I will forever be a girls' girl, and I wish her the best," she posted. "I would just hope that it would be more important to Zac to focus on his new engagement versus trying to control his last...but here we are."
