Production on The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping seems to be going steady as fans have just gotten a glimpse at a poster of Ralph Fiennes donning his President avatar. Eagle-eyed fans noticed a poster showing Fiennes as President Coriolanus "Coryo" Snow, with the title "Panem's no.1 Peacekeeper." Although it's not a real still from the set or the film, it does show Fiennes in his full glory as he takes on the iconic role in the franchise.
The poster shows him wearing a wig and in a military style outfit with a sword in one hand. He is looking out at the skyline, while illustrations of the cityscapes lie beside him.
The actor is taking on the role from Donald Sutherland, who played Snow in the franchise's previous installments. Talking about his thoughts on playing the character in The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, Fiennes told Entertainment Tonight,
"I worked with Donald Sutherland once. I thought he was fantastic. Obviously big shoes to sort of stand alongside of, but he brought wonderful complexity to that part and I'm playing a slightly younger version of him. I am challenged but excited. I'm looking forward to it."
