Frontman of Mötley Crüe, Vince Neil's girlfriend gets arrested on charges of domestic assault against him

On November 5, 2026, Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil found himself at the center of new reports about his girlfriend, Rain Hannah Andreani. As reported by TMZ, she had been booked days earlier on a domestic-related assault charge. The booking took place Sunday, November 1, at the Williamson County Sheriff's Office in Franklin, Tennessee.

According to Page Six, police records confirmed the makeup artist, also known as Rain Hannah, was held on the charge before posting a $5,000 bond and leaving the next day. As the same outlet noted, she is due in court on December 3. As per USA Today, the records listed her age as 45. Neither person has made any public statement about the events.

As TMZ reported, a source described an argument between Vince Neil and Rain Hannah Andreani that grew heated. The reason for the dispute was never made clear. The source said Andreani then damaged items inside Neil's home and struck the 65-year-old singer.

As Page Six added, the claim remains an allegation that has not been heard in court. USA Today contacted a representative for Vince Neil and received no reply at the time of publication.

As TMZ reported, the pair started dating in 2011. They stayed together for about 15 years until the May 2025 break. As the outlet stated at the time, Vince Neil ended the relationship after his assistant passed along information about an alleged affair. The claim was never confirmed by outside parties. Sources indicated he accepted the account. Soon after, he was photographed in Nashville holding hands with two other women.

As Page Six reported, the couple resumed seeing each other the following month. Neither person has publicly addressed the split or the reunion. As the outlet reported, in February 2025, Andreani was injured, including several broken ribs, when a private plane owned by Neil collided with a parked aircraft at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona. The pilot died in the crash. Vince Neil was not on the flight.

Rain Hannah Andreani works as a celebrity makeup artist and beauty educator. She has joined Vince Neil at public appearances, including the 2019 premiere of the Netflix film The Dirt.

As USA Today noted while covering the arrest, the news also arrives after Neil's recovery from multiple strokes. He returned to performing for Mötley Crüe's Las Vegas residency in the fall of 2025 after earlier dates were postponed for a medical procedure.

As the outlet reported, the band has set an eight-show residency called Carnival of Sins in Sin City at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The run covers March 19 through April 3, 2027. Nikki Sixx has described Neil's health as an ongoing priority for the group. Andreani's court date comes well before those shows.
