Justin Baldoni is receiving a word of moral support from his friend and former co-star, Brett Dier, who, in a new interview with Fan Mail, talked about his friendship with the actor and said:
"He’s always been an amazing friend to me."

More about Brett Dier's interview, as he offers moral support to his friend, Justin Baldoni
Justin Baldoni is currently involved in a legal battle against Blake Lively. In an interview with People Magazine, a few days back, a source close to the "Five Feet Apart" director shared that he is feeling the financial burden of engaging in the "legal fight."
The source said:
"March still feels very far away. He’s certainly feeling the financial and emotional weight of his legal fight.”
In his interview with Fan Mail, Brett Dier was asked about Justin Baldoni's legal drama, given that he previously mentioned in the interview that he keeps in touch with most of his castmates from "Jane the Virgin.' The interviewer asked:
"I’d be remiss not to ask: do people ask you about the Justin Baldoni situation?"
To which Brett Dier replied, saying that he knows Justin Baldoni is in an "intense situation", but hopes things will get resolved in time. He said:
"Yeah, I get that a lot. It’s a really intense situation. I probably shouldn’t say much, but I’ll say this: I always loved Justin. He’s always been an amazing friend to me. I’m just hoping everything resolves in time."
According to People Magazine, Justin Baldoni, who has been involved in legal suits since last December after actress Blake Lively filed a case against him alleging s*xual harassment and inappropriate conduct, is surrounding himself with his closest friends and family to better navigate the situation.
In an interview with People Magazine, a source close to the actor said:
"[Justin Baldoni is ] leaning on a tight circle of loyal friends as the legal back-and-forths continue."
The source further added that Baldoni and his wife, Emily Foxler Baldoni, continue to maintain their close bond even during these difficult times. They said:
"The lawsuit drama is causing stress for both of them, but their marriage is solid and they are actually closer than ever."
Soon after Blake Lively filed the lawsuit, Justin Baldoni counter-sued, filing a $400 million lawsuit against the "Gossip Girl" actress and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, while denying the charges. The case, which is set to go on trial next year, saw a new development on May 22 when it was confirmed that the request by Justin Baldoni's legal team to subpoena Taylor Swift, who is a friend of Blake Lively, had been dropped.
