How Did Kylie Kelce React to Taylor Swift Breaking Her ‘New Heights’ Record?

Kylie Kelce is thrilled to have Taylor Swift dethrone her when it comes to breaking her ‘New Heights’ record.

Days after Travis Kelce and Swift's New Heights podcast episode broke the internet, Jason Kelce's wife dropped the latest episode of her own podcast, Not Gonna Lie, where she acknowledged the feat.

“Officially no longer the record holder for the most-watched episode of the other podcast. There's no way it's even close, and I love that for me,” Kylie, 33, quipped.

Per the outlet, Swift and Kelce's video had beaten Kylie's Sept. 2023 episode, which had 8.6 million views, in less than a day.

During her latest podcast episode, Kylie Kelce said of her brother-in-law and his beau's latest achievement:

“It is very entertaining to watch the Internet break. It's just crumbling apart, and I love it. I love it. I love that we know that a day before it releases my interview on the other podcast is going to lose its long-tenured reign as most-watched episode, and I welcome that wholeheartedly. Let's drop that sucker down.”

Jason Kelce, 37, also weighed in, saying,

“I think Kylie enjoyed being the no. 1 most viewed episode for the time that she had.” Travis, who was also present, joked: “Don’t you do that to Kylie,” while Taylor Swift backed him up: “Don’t do that. You guys throw Kylie under the bus, you’re gonna pay for it.”

Taylor Swift made her guest appearance on the August 13 episode of “New Heights," where she announced her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl. During the segment, she also offered fans a glimpse into her romance with Travis and her bond with his family.

“You're exactly as I thought you would be. Kylie is exactly as I thought she would be, just like the realest, the smartest, the coolest. You're fantastic. Obviously, you know that,” Swift told Jason during the episode.

When Jason told her he tried to be on his "best behavior" in the beginning, she replied,

“I didn’t know what you were told. I did know that one of the first things I saw you say to Kylie [was], ‘I was just shotgunning beers with the Bills Mafia and I really want to go through one of the fire tables.’ … She goes, ‘OK. Can we not do that right now?'” Swift added, “Since then, I’ve heard her say that exact thing to your 4-year-old.”

As for Taylor Swift, clues about her latest album remain unclear, though she did confirm that she will be collaborating with Max Martin and Shellback again.
