How long have Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker been together? Couple shares Italy wedding photos to celebrate third anniversary

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have been together since 2021. The couple had three weddings and share one child. On May 22, 2025, Kardashian and Barker shared images from their wedding and reception in Italy 3 years prior, after they legally married in a Santa Barbara Courthouse on May 15, 2022.

The couple made their way to the Italian Riviera, a week after their courthouse wedding, to celebrate. Once, in Italy, guests were hosted in luxury superyachts, and oceanside villas owned by Dolce and Gabbana.

While posting 19 behind the scenes photos of their nuptials, Kourtney Kardashian captioned the image with,

"F*** I love this man (burning heart emoji.)"

The images featured the couple walking down the isle, Kourtney Kardashian's veil and dress. Barker also took to Instagram to celebrate their third anniversary with the caption,

"Married three years. Loved you forever. Here's to always (rose emoji.)"

The couple revealed their reason behind having two ceremonies in their wedding special show titled, Till Death Do Us Part Kourtney & Travis, which was released on Hulu on April 23. In the show, Kourtney mentioned that since her grandma MJ, and Travis' dad, Randy couldn't make it to the Italian ceremony, they decided to get married in Santa Barbara, amidst all their family members.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker celebrated three years of marriage on May 15. While the two initially crossed paths in 2006, when Barker was dating Kourtney's sister Kim's friend, Paris Hilton, things got romantic only in 2021.

A source told People in January, 2021,

"They've been dating for about a month or two. Travis has liked her for a while."

A month after the People article, the two went Instagram official on February 16, by celebrating Valentine's Day together. In April, Kourtney and Traivs took a joint family trip with their kids to Deer Valley, Utah, with Kourtney's kids, Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, present. Travis' kids, Landon, 18, Alabama, 16, and stepdaughter, Atiana, 23, were also present.

In September, 2021, the two made their red carpet debut at the 2021 MTV VMAs, and got engaged the next month. In April, 2022, the two had a Las Vegas wedding, and were legally married the following month in a Santa Barbara courthouse, after making their Met Gala debut on May 2, where the two wore matching outfits. On November, 2023, the two welcomed their first child together, a son named, Rocky Thirteen Barker.
