She didn’t stop there. Kerr highlighted how keeping their relationship and family life front and center has helped it last.
“We prioritise each other and family time,” she explained.
"That's why when you see us on the red carpet, everyone was like, "Wow, Miranda, you're out?" Honestly, Evan and I prefer to stay in. But every now and then, Mum and Dad have to get out, too." she added.

From friends to soulmates: Miranda Kerr shares how love with Evan Spiegel blossomed
Before their love story took off, Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel shared a friendship. Back in July 2022, Vogue Australia sat down with Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel, who offered a rare peek into how their relationship began. The couple first met at a Louis Vuitton dinner held at New York’s Museum of Modern Art. As fate would have it, they were placed next to each other.
Spiegel remembered the evening clearly.
“I had a nice time at dinner with a lovely woman but thought I had absolutely no chance, I gave her my number because she was moving into a new house. I’m like, ‘If you need help with the tech stuff, text me.’ I was not expecting to hear.” he said.
"Then, like a month later, she was in Asia [cue some afterwork karaoke and sake for courage], and I remember waking up in the morning and turning over my phone and being like, ‘No way!’ ” Evan Spiegel added.

At that point in her life, Kerr had been separated from her former husband Orlando Bloom for over a year. She admitted she was doubtful about romance. But things shifted once she and Spiegel became close. What started as a platonic bond turned into something more profound.
“He was so patient with me. Our relationship evolved slowly. And we established a nice friendship before we became boyfriend and girlfriend, I never even thought that this kind of love was possible,” she said.
“To meet someone I connected with so well, and who is continually working on themselves every day like I’m working on myself to be the best partner, the best mother, to constantly want to grow and evolve, that is something both of us are really committed to. And it’s really incredible to have a partner who wants to grow with you in the same direction.” added Miranda Kerr.
