Vanessa Hudgens and husband Cole Tucker are expanding their family!

The High School Musical alum welcomed their first child a year ago in July 2024—a boy whose name has not been disclosed. Now, she and her husband of two years have revealed they have another child on the way. The actress took to Instagram on July 12 to share a string of maternity pictures.

“Round two,” she captioned the post.

Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker tied the knot back in December 2023. They held their nuptials in Mexico, with only close friends and family present. Shortly after, they welcomed their son, whom they largely keep out of the spotlight.

Vanessa Hudgens' first pregnancy explored as actress says she's making a comeback to film:

Vanessa Hudgens has recently announced that she is making a comeback to the big screen this year, as she will be starring in and producing Quiet Storm. The thriller drama is set in 1969, and according to ABC News, it focuses on the Black Power movement, Hurricane Camille, and women's liberty.

The actress, whose forthcoming film is her first since she became a mom, spoke to E! News in November 2024 about her newest role:

"The older that I get, the more practical I get. Life is chaotic and hectic. I don't need to make it any more stressful than it needs to be. So, I keep things cozy." "It really is about what works for you that day and having grace for yourself,” she added, “because it will change."

Prior to her now husband, Vanessa Hudgens was with Austin Butler for almost a decade before they parted ways in 2020. She also famously dated her High School Musical co-star Zac Efron.

Last year, shortly after she welcomed her son, she took to Instagram stories to slam the paparazzi for violating her family's privacy. She was allegedly referencing the photos TMZ had shared of her departing a hospital in Santa Monica, California. She was seen in a wheelchair at the time, cradling her newborn.

"We're disappointed that our family's privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time fueled by the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media," she wrote at the time. "Despite all of that, mom dad and baby are happy and healthy."

A few months later, she spoke to Vogue about how she met her husband:

"I was literally on the Zoom with my girlfriend, and I started hitting her asking who he was, and she had never seen him before," she said. "So I proceeded to look on the Zoom square to find out his name and found him on Instagram—and he sent a DM the next day."
