Patrick Schwarzenegger met his wife, Abby Champion, in 2015 through a mutual friend while they were out drinking. The 32-year-old star tied the knot with Champion last month and was seen cheering his new wife as she walked the 2025 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on October 15.

Abby Champion is an American model whose career took off after she was scouted at one of her sister's pageants. Champion was signed by Next Models Worldwide in 2014 and has since worked for some of the biggest fashion houses, including Prada, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, Givenchy, and more.

Patrick, while speaking to People about their first interaction earlier this year, noted that it was love at first sight for the two.

"When we first met, I was 21, she was 18. So you're very different people and humans when you're that age versus now I'm 31, she's 27. Over the course of the years, I just continously fell in love with her more and more."

The pair first met in 2015 through a mutual friend and were spotted together for the first time at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood in September 2015, according to The Knot.

In February, Abby Champion took to Instagram to post a single picture of herself and Patrick Schwarzenegger together, making their relationship official. In September 2018, the two featured in their first joint photoshoot for a spread in Vogue Spain. Champion also posted the news on Instagram, writing,

"More of my new @voguespain story with my main."

During a September 2019 interview with E! News, Patrick Schwarzenegger revealed that Champion is his "biggest cheerleader,"

"I think the best part about having her by my side is that she's always rooting for me and wanting the best for me and bringing out the best in me. I always say that in a relationship, you have to be each other's biggest cheerleader. Build each other up. And she does that for me."

By December 26, 2023, Patrick had proposed to Champion after eight years of being together. The actor popped the question at a beachside location. Less than a year later, Patrick, while speaking to People, mentioned that he's ready to become a dad and the decision is "up to Abby."
