American actor and musician Malcolm-Jamal Warner's wife, Tenisha Warner launched the Warner Family Foundation, River & Ember alongside their daughter, months after Warners' death.

Tenisha paid a heartfelt tribute to her late husband in an Instagram post on September 12, and shared a photo from their 2017 wedding.

"Thank you for holding us in so much love during this tender time. Tomorrow marks our anniversary - and my heart is wide open. For the first time, I'm sharing a glimpse of the love that began it all."

She added,

"I can still hear my husband's laugh, still feel the way he made room for every part of me - every tear, every dream. Together we carry the legacy my husband and I began - one that nurtures children's inner light and gives young artists the freedom to create outside the lines. This is love, still moving. Still making. Still carrying us forward."

Tenisha Warner established the Warner Family Foundation to offer college scholarships for students that aspire for a career in Arts. River & Ember is another organization that offers seasonal toolkits with art and other exercises for parents and children to nurture "the child's emotional rhythm, strengthening their nervous system, and inviting parents into moments of calm, presence, and deep connection" as per the organization's offical website.
