Mel B was surprised to see two of her Spice Girls bandmates show up at her recent nuptials.

Speaking with The New York Post, Scary Spice, 50, revealed that her husband was in charge of the guest list. All the members of the legendary '90s girl group were invited, but she didn't know if “Baby Spice” Emma Bunton and “Sporty Spice” Mel C would show up until she saw them at the wedding.

“I didn’t expect any of them to come, to be honest, because it was a very intimate, private thing, and I know everybody’s busy,” she told the outlet.

Mel B gives an update on where the Spice Girls were on her wedding days:

Mel B tied the knot with Rory McPhee, 37, in an intimate ceremony at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London on July 5. They got hitched again in Selman Marrakech, Morocco, on August 3.

Per The Post, Bunton, 49, was present at the wedding in St. Paul's Cathedral in London, and at the reception at The Shard’s Shangri-La Hotel that followed. Mel C, 51, attended their second destination wedding.

As for Posh Spice, aka Victoria Beckham, 51, she was busy. However, she did send her former bandmate "lots of gifts," Mel B said. “Ginger Spice” Geri Halliwell-Horner, 53, was also “off with Formula 1.”

Per The Post, Halliwell-Horner was spotted at the F1 British Grand Prix in July. Her husband was managing the Red Bull team at the time, until he was fired on July 9.

According to People Magazine, for their first wedding, McPhee opted for a kilt in McPhee tartan as an homage to his Scottish ancestry. Mel B donned a custom ivory wedding dress designed by Josephine Scott. For her second ceremony, she went with a red gown while her husband kept things simple with a tuxedo.

The pair got engaged in 2022. They were on vacation in Berkshire at the time, and had been dating for three years. However, she previously told People Magazine that she was vehemently against marrying again after her two failed marriages.

“I was like, ‘I'm never going to get married again. Never, never, never. I'm never having a relationship. I'm fine by myself. I want to raise my kids, put my head down and work, and that's it. And then… never can say never, can you?” she told the outlet in March 2024. “I believe in love, and clearly the other two marriages turned out to be not love, from their angle. So I feel like I've really missed out, and now I've got this opportunity to be properly in love with a really good guy who I know loves me for me, who's known me before I was a Spice Girl, why wouldn't I do that?”
