Jamie Lee Curtis is going viral for her latest, seemingly well-thought-out video as part of the promotions for Disney's Freakier Friday.
In the video in question, the actress can be seen speaking about her new film, where she stars alongside Lindsay Lohan, with a personal message to her fans. However, there was one detail that had fans buzzing: her low-cut denim top. Users were visibly surprised to see her in an outfit like that, especially given her more conservative wardrobe.
Here's how one user reacted to the video on X, for instance:
"Definitely watching and Jamie is hot asf. I hope I look this hot when I’m her age."
See how the rest of X is reacting:
"Hollywood needs more women aging this unapologetically," one fan remarked.
"I know a retired baddie when I see one," someone else quipped.
"Y’all ain’t know Jamie Lee Curtis was a whole mood back in the day?" another pointed out.
The comments didn't end there:
"Felt so old today. Standing in line waiting for coffee from coffee truck and someone ahead of me in line was regaling the tale of their weekend so far. They went on to say that they saw the new Freaky Friday movie, “OMG so good! Jamie Lee Curtis? Hidden gem!” Hidden gem?!" a fourth user weighed in.
"Jamie Lee Curtis i was not familiar with your game…." one fan quipped.
"Jamie Lee Curtis out here proving 70 is the new 30 with that outfit. Hollywood’s finally letting legends flex, and we’re all here for the Freaky Friday glow-up!" someone else remarked.

Scores on the microblogging platform were also quick to point out that the actress has a decades-long stint in promotions, with many tying her latest bid to her pitches for Activia yogurt.
Alongside her Activia yogurt ads, Jamie Lee Curtis also served as the spokesperson for L’eggs pantyhose and Hertz rental cars. She began promoting the products in the late 1990s, around the time she began earning BAFTA Film Award nominations and Golden Globe awards.
During an interview on CBS’s 60 Minutes in May this year, however, she opened up about why she chose to pitch the ads for so long:
“For the most part, because [doing the commercials] allowed me to stay home with my kids,” she shared. “I am an imperfect working mom. Because no working moms are perfect.” She continued: “We make it look good, we think we’ve done it, but the truth is we feel badly, but I know how much time away from them I spent” - here she became a little emotional - “in pursuit of my own creativity.”
Jamie Lee Curtis shares two kids with her husband, Christopher Guest: Annie, whom they adopted in 1986, and Ruby, whom they adopted in 1988. As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, she also opened up about working on the ads during an interview with NBC’s Today, where she echoed the sentiments of struggling with being away from her kids:
“It’s the reason that I sold yogurt that makes you shit for seven years,” Curtis said in 2011. “Part of the reason why I’ve done commercials.… I’ve been doing commercials for a very, very, very long time partially so I can ameliorate all of that distance from my family. It allowed me to earn money and stay home.”
