"I’m freshly single" - Brooks Nader reveals she is 'open' to dating women after split with Gleb Savchenko

Model Brooks Nader opened up about life after breaking up with her Dancing with the Stars dance partner and boyfriend, Gleb Savchenko. Recently, the model spoke to Entertainment Tonight at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit release party and shared that going forward, she might be open to dating women as well.

While speaking to the outlet about her relationship status, Nader said:

"I’m single…I’m freshly single. It’s been, you know, two weeks I guess…maybe three, I haven't counted. It's a wrap on that one."

In terms of whether or not the model is looking for love, she said:

"No I'm not looking for anything particular. I'm just rocking with work, you know what I mean."

When asked to describe what qualities her “Mr. Right” would have, the model said:

"Honestly, I don't even know. Honestly, maybe it's Mr., maybe it's Mrs. I don’t even know. Who knows, my sister keeps telling me I got to switch teams."

While she might be open to dating either a man or a woman next, Nader is still maintaining that she is not on the lookout for a partner at the moment. Clarifying, she told Entertainment Tonight:

"I’m open to whatevs, but, not looking for any kind of a partner right now."

Brooks Nader’s relationship history, explored

The 28-year-old Brooks Nader was previously married to New York City-based advertising executive, Billy Haire. The former couple got married in a Louisiana-inspired ceremony, where Nader is from. The model spoke to People Magazine about the occasion and said:

"I’m mostly excited to call him hubby! We are also excited to just continue our adventures together. We’ve done a lot of fun traveling and look forward to doing even more."

Speaking about her relationship during an episode of the We Met at Acme podcast, the model said:

"I met him when I was really young and like he's 11 years older than I am so I kind of got like swept into it."

Addressing how her family perceived the age difference between her and Haire, when they began dating, Nader said:

"He was like 30 or 31 right, I was like 19…When I told my parents like, ‘oh my God I'm seeing this 30 year old,’ they were like, 'oh he's divorced, like how old are his kids?’ I was like, ‘no, like in New York, people are single at 39.’ My grandmother was like, ‘what did he do something wrong?’ I'm like, ‘no he's a catch.’"

Unfortunately, the marriage didn’t last. In May 2024, Page Six reported that the couple, who had been separated for months, were headed for a divorce. As per another report by the news outlet, the former couple finalized their divorce just a few days ago.

Nader was linked to her Dancing with the Stars partner, Gleb Savchenko, during the show. Page Six reported that while the couple initially denied being in a relationship, eventually, their public display of affection seemingly confirmed that they were together.

However, Brooks Nader spoke to People Magazine in April about the relationship, sharing that she had split with Savchenko after revealing that he had cheated on her. The news outlet also separately reported that Savchenko claimed to be blindsided by the break-up, and released a statement to share that he learned of the split from the news.
