RHONJ alum Jacqueline Laurita is giving fans an update after she went under the knife.

The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 55, took to her Instagram account on Monday, May 5, shortly after her five-hour procedure. In the clip, her face is bandaged up as she relies on the oxygen tube in her nose, telling followers, "I'm just waking up after surgery." She says she feels "great" because she "can't feel a thing."

In her lengthy caption, she thanked her surgeon, Dr. T. Y. Steven Ip, and informed followers that she was still reeling from the aftermath of the procedure:

"I’m still waiting for the other half of my face to wake up that was worked on last," she wrote. "Should be soon! That’s why it’s not moving yet! Lol!"

Here's everything we know about all the times Jacqueline Laurita has gone under the knife

In her Instagram caption, Jacqueline Laurita shared:

"I’m doing my exercises of rotating ankle rolls 10 directions each way and lifting my knees up and down to keep the circulation going. I have Aquaphor on my face and I’m keeping my head up and straight forward. This is a great crew here! Everyone has been excellent! Catheter will be removed tonight and my oxygen has already been removed. My drains will come out tomorrow and I’ll get to go home bright and early !"

The Bravo alum concluded her statement by informing fans she wanted to be upfront and honest about her procedure and recovery.

"I want everyone to see the reality of how this process goes and how we heal! Take care! 🫶💕," Jacqueline Laurita wrote.

When probed by a fan in the comments section if she had been in an accident, Laurita responded with the list of surgeries she'd undergone, replying, "no! But some may call it that. I got a facelift, Neck lift and CO2 laser!" In another reply, she noted that the laser treatment helps with "skin resurfacing" and targets "everything from fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, freckles, scars, acne scarring etc."

As reported by People Magazine, the television personality has never been one to conceal her cosmetic procedures. Back in 2017, she spoke with the outlet about getting her fourth breast surgery to reduce her cup size. The surgery also marked her transition from silicone implants to Ideal Implants, which are made of saline solution.

At the time, she opted for a C cup and extracted some of her own breast tissue. Speaking with the outlet about the first breast augmentation she underwent after the birth of her first child, Jacqueline Laurita said:

"When I was younger I always wondered why people got their boobs done, I would think 'That's so gross,' and then I had a kid. After I had my daughter my natural full C-cup boobs were gone. I lost my whole upper chest, my boobs were sagging and it was really gross. And I always wanted to put them back up there and I couldn't really afford to do it until I was 30 years old."

The outlet has also reported that Jacqueline Laurita has undergone a nose job, tummy tuck, and neck lift, in addition to getting her upper eyelids done before the 2016 Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion. She is also reportedly comfortable with noninvasive procedures like Botox and fillers.

Back in 2019, shortly after she underwent a "liquid nose job," Jacqueline Laurita penned a response to her critics:

"Another thing, for those of you that are always like, you know, 'Oh my god, you can't even make an expression or move your forehead,' I really don't wanna move my forehead," she said, per Bravo. "I mean, that's why I do it. So you're just gonna have to deal with it or don't look at me. It's just how I like it."
