American comedian and actress Kathy Griffin, during an appearance on her Talk Your Head Off podcast last Tuesday, confirmed that she underwent a third face lift. Her confirmation comes after she sparked concerns with her appearance while hiking.

"It's my third. I know that's so vain! I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face. You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want."

She added that she doesn't want the audience to care about her appearance,

"I don't want you to come to care what I look like. I'm in Lululemons today for god's sake. I'm in my fat pants. I don't have dysmorphia...I have a little."

She also gave a shoutout to her surgeon, Dr. Ben Talei, who's based in Beverly Hills, California. Talei had previously worked with singer Sia.

What work did Kathy Griffin do to her face?

Kathy Griffin, while confirming that she has undergone her third face lift, also detailed her cosmetic procedure, which included a blepharoplasty, foxy eye lift, and work on her chin.

"There's a stitch in my chin, which you're probably not going to see unless you're under me, but not in that way. I'm going to be honest. It's painful. So these bi***es that are like, "It's like getting a tooth filled! It's nothing!' No, it's painful."

Griffin has been transparent about her cosmetic procedures and has openly talked about them. In an August 25, 2024, YouTube video, Kathy, while speaking to actress Kristen Johnston, shared that she underwent a lip tattoo procedure.

The cosmetic procedure, also known as lip blushing, is a semi-permanent procedure that adds color and shape to the lips.

"I'm back from getting my lips tattooed."

While speaking to People about the procedure, she said that she didn't expect it to be "that bad."

"I could not stop laughing even though it was painful to laugh for about four days."

Griffin explained that she underwent 90% of the procedure in the first visit and had a "final tuneup" in a few weeks. In the YouTube video, she also revealed that she got her eyebrows "microbladed more." The YouTube video featured Kathy entering the aesthetician's office, reclining on the exam table, and getting ready for the microblading procedure.

Griffin gave a peep into the procedure and showed the after-procedure look, which featured a swollen mouth.
