Entertainment Now has reported that Jane was a retired school counsellor. She lived in Springfield with her husband, William Pitt, where they raised their three kids: Brad, 61, Doug, and Julie. She also leaves behind 14 grandchildren.

Sydney, Doug's daughter, took to Instagram to pay tribute to her late grandmother, noting that she had “the biggest heart” and “cared deeply for everyone and everything, no questions asked."

"She could keep up with all 14 of us grandkids without missing a beat. There was no limit to the love she gave, and everyone who met her felt it. I don’t know how we move forward without her. But I know she’s still here in every brushstroke, every kind gesture, every hummingbird. She was love in its purest form. We were truly blessed to have her to love on growing up and I know she lives on through each of us ♥️🪽✨🦜," she wrote in part.

The Daily Mail has reported that at the time of his mother's demise, Brad Pitt was filming “The Adventures of Cliff Booth," which is a forthcoming David Fincher-directed project helmed by Netflix. It serves as the sequel to Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood," which, as pointed out by Entertainment nodd, gave the actor an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.

Back in June, a source told People Magazine that he and Ines de Ramon were "still doing great" after Brad Pitt went back home following two months of filming in New Zealand.

"Most of the filming was done in rugged areas, doubling as the Alaskan wilderness. Filming was grueling with a lot of wind and rain," the source said. "He's happy to be back in the U.S. with Ines." They continued, "Ines will attend some public events with him. They are still doing great. She's perfect for him. She's very supportive and excited about his career."

In May, another source told the outlet that Ramon was a "calming and supportive presence" for Brad Pitt after he finalized his divorce from the mother of his children, fellow actress Angelina Jolie.

“There’s no pressure between them,” that insider said at the time. “She gives him space when he needs it, but is always there when it counts.” de Ramon and Brad Pitt were in a “really solid place,” the source said. “Ines has brought a lot of peace into Brad’s life,” the insider added. “Their relationship has been easy and natural.”
