As both of them have been dating since January 2024, as per Page Six, the Levitating hitmaker finally confirmed that she is engaged to the Masters of the Air actor. Lipa first confirmed the news of their engagement during an interview with British Vogue in April; however, the outlet published the interview on June 12, 2025.

The BAFTA-nominated actor, Callum Turner, is not from a family of actors. He was raised by his mother, Rosemary Turner, who was a working-class single parent. Callum's mother, who once dreamed of becoming an actress, was a nightclub promoter and worked for places such as the Ministry of Sound. According to Callum Turner, his mother was the strictest of all mothers on their council estate in London. In a 2016 interview with The Times, the British actor shared that he received his natural talent from his mother.

The Boys in the Boat actor, Callum Turner, did not have a great relationship with his father while growing up, who was originally from Australia. It was his mother, Rosemary, who single-handedly took care of him. While talking about his mother during the 2016 interview with The Times, Callum said:

"She instilled this belief in me that if I wanted to do something, anything, I should go for it."

British actor Callum Turner and Albanian singer Dua Lipa are now engaged

29-year-old Dua Lipa, in an interview with British Vogue, revealed that she and Callum Turner are now engaged. The Albanian singer-songwriter shared details with the outlet about how Turner consulted with her sister and best friends before designing her ring. Lipa said:

"I’m obsessed with it. It’s so me. It’s nice to know the person that you’re going to spend the rest of your life with knows you very well."

Despite being thrilled about their engagement, the pop star stated that they are in no rush to tie the knot, as she has her Radical Optimism tour in December, and also mentioned that Turner is also busy with a shoot. Dua Lipa said:

"Callum’s shooting, so we’re just enjoying this period. I’ve never been someone who’s really thought about a wedding, or dreamt about what kind of bride I would be. All of a sudden I’m like, ‘Oh, what would I wear?'"
