Live streamer Neon or N3on, whose real name is Mikyle Rafiq, recently got to tour Michael Jackson’s house. As seen in a video posted by X account @FearedBuck, the streamer was shocked to know that the King of Pop’s personal belongings were worth over $1 billion. He said:
“Oh sh*t. I thought it was a few hundred millions never mind.”
The other person said there were pieces valued at a few hundred million. However, social media users had mixed reactions to the streamer’s visit. One X user commented:
“IT SHOULDVE HAVE BEEN KAI CENAT!!”
Netizens appeared surprised at the items shown during the tour.
“The tour isn’t just about the dazzling stage outfits. It’s a full-spectrum experience of MJ’s life. Sources hint at everything from his beloved video game collection to the props and animatronics that once populated Neverland Ranch,” a netizen claimed.
“Crazy! How many people ever get this tour?” a social media user asked.
“That’s insane are these items going on display somewhere or staying in a private collection?” an internet user asked.
While many praised the streamer for getting access to the collection, others suggested that Michael Jackson might not be too happy about it.
“A billion dollars of history and mystery all in one exclusive tour—talk about stepping into a legend’s world. Neon’s living the ultimate backstage pass!” a netizen reacted.
“Neon casually living out a billion-dollar fever dream while y’all argue in Twitch chat,” an online commentator remarked.
“Mike is TURNING in his grave,” another X user joked.
Neon tries on Michael Jackson’s garments and hats, cumulatively worth millions
The person who gave Neon the tour of Michael Jackson’s belongings is an Australian fine artist, Sir Brett-Livingstone Strong. His son said that Strong sold works for most living artists. Strong later showed the streamer a photograph of Jackson, saying:
“I didn’t know him back then but this was him when he was a young boy and there was a video you should see with Michael’s mother and I was on CNN not long after Michael’s sad passing and they showcased him on that photograph.”
As the conversation rolled on, Strong told Neon that Michael Jackson’s last concert was named This is It because Jackson had planned to retire from touring. Jackson wanted to focus on being a professional artist.
Strong then showed Neon a portrait that Jackson made of Washington. The streamer suggested that Jackson liked doing work about the Presidents, to which Strong said:
“Yeah, well he got commissioned. People don’t realize that. He didn’t want to be paid. He was officially commissioned to do it.”
The streamer also got to try on one of Michael Jackson’s jackets that he custom-made. The piece of clothing was worth $300,000. He then tried on one of Jackson’s hats.
He then asked Strong’s son about how much the two would be valued altogether. The latter said it would be close to two million dollars. He then carefully removed the hat and handed it over to him.
