Justin Baldoni made a quiet return to social media recently, posting for the first time in over two months to honor his 12th wedding anniversary with wife Emily Baldoni. As noted by Us Weekly, the actor’s return to Instagram coincided with ongoing legal tensions between him and It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively.
Justin Baldoni posted a wedding day photo of the couple embracing, paired with a heartfelt caption:
“I’d marry you again and again and again and again… Happy anniversary my love. T W E L V E.”
Blake Lively filed a lawsuit in December 2024, accusing Baldoni of sexual misconduct and fostering a hostile work environment, claims he has firmly denied. He also pushed back against accusations that he attempted to damage Lively’s public image through a crisis PR strategy.
Justin Baldoni’s wife, Emily, balances acting, motherhood, and entrepreneurship:
Emily Baldoni, who was born in Sweden, has called the U.S. home since 2005, according to E! News. While she’s known for her acting career, she’s also the co-founder of the maternity brand, We Are Amma. She and Justin Baldoni are parents to two children, Maiya and Maxwell.
Throughout her career, Emily took on roles in a range of television shows, including NCIS: Los Angeles, CSI, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Reckless, Shatter Belt, and Legend of the Seeker. She also appeared in films such as Coherence, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, Snapshots, Killer Pad, Criticsized, and Identical.
Justin Baldoni's case takes a new turn as a content creator challenges Blake Lively’s legal strategy:

Blake Lively faced another wave of criticism amid her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni. According to International Business Times, YouTuber Kassidy O’Connell submitted a letter to the judge presiding over Lively’s case against Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios, accusing the actress’s legal team of using the court system to “harass and intimidate” independent content creators.
The 12-page filing included a copy of an alleged subpoena issued to Google, requesting personal data linked to O’Connell’s account.
“There is no evidence or sound legal basis whatsoever to have issued this subpoena in the first place,” she wrote.
“[Lively] has been gratuitously allowed to extend her witch hunt for discovery, in which she has no evidence to support.” she added.
O’Connell warned the court that such actions could set a troubling precedent, arguing that the subpoena infringed on her privacy and threatened other online creators who cover public legal matters.
“On what legal basis were these subpoenas issued out of this court? Was ANY evidence at all presented to validate them or is [Lively] free to submit just any subpoena to anyone that is not her fan?” she asked.
Judge denies Blake Lively’s request to block messages with Taylor Swift in Justin Baldoni lawsuit:

According to the Daily Mail, Blake Lively experienced a legal setback in her case against Justin Baldoni when a judge denied her attorneys' request for a protective order. The order would have blocked text messages between Lively and Taylor Swift from being submitted as evidence.
Baldoni’s legal team had subpoenaed a range of communications between the two women, including emails, texts, and any messages tied to It Ends With Us. With the court’s approval, his attorneys were granted access to the full text message history.
Among the exchanges, Lively reportedly referred to herself as Khaleesi and to Swift as one of her “dragons,” in a nod to the Game of Thrones character.
The filing also alleged that Swift attended a script discussion meeting at Lively’s New York penthouse. However, sources close to the singer claimed she had no prior knowledge of the meeting and arrived unaware that it was already underway.
