The internet is reacting to a video of John Cena politely shutting down a fan's question about Trump.

In the video in question, the 17-time WWE world champion can be seen signing an autograph for a fan when he gets approached by another. The latter, a man, asked him if he thought that the president was deserving of the Nobel Prize, to which he politely declined to answer.

"No, thank you," John Cena said.

The video has already raked up several reactions across social media, one of which includes:

"This isnt john cena choosing a side btw, this is him keeping it professional and his good pr training, we already know how the iwc would've reacted if he said anything slightly positive"

The comments didn't end there:

"People are so obsessed with politics lord take us back to the 2000s," someone penned.
"I have a once in a lifetime opportunity to ask John Cena a question, a very smart and nice guy - and you ask him about politics???" another remarked.
"Let him be. He's a great humanitarian and he is entitled to a private life," one more chimed in.
"Wow this was so embarrassing, John handled that with real professionalism," a fourth user opined.

See how the rest of X is reacting:

"He's not trying to talk politics. No matter what he says, half the world would hate him," one user pointed out.
"That’s interesting considering the business they’re doing with DC and the Whitehouse. It would’ve been easy for him to talk up Trump here, especially if they (TKO) want him to make an appearance at the Cena last match or the UFC Whitehouse event," another claimed.
"What a dumb question. You got 5 seconds with Cena and you ask such a stupid question," yet another echoed.
"Why is the interviewer talking to himself ?" someone jokingly asked.

Here's everything we know about Donald Trump's alleged plans to attend John Cena's retirement match:

John Cena has only four dates left before he calls it quits on wrestling professionally, Sport Bible has reported. The star, who came out on top against AJ Styles at WWE Crown Jewel: Perth on Saturday, admitted back in May that he was retiring because his "body's so beat up."

He is expected to make an appearance on November 10 in Massachusetts. However, rumors have been circulating that the president may be present at John Cena's final match.

A report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter claimed that WWE will be inviting “leading political figures” to the special Saturday Night’s Main Event, slated for December 13 in Washington, D.C. However, these claims have yet to be confirmed.

“They expect leading political figures to be invited and attend this show,” the outlet states. “Donald Trump has not confirmed coming. He has confirmed being at the Army vs. Navy football game. The game will be at M&T Stadium in Baltimore at 3 p.m. that day, so he easily, if he wanted to, could get to the show.”

However, someone from the White House is reportedly expected to show up.

“The belief is there will be a ton of people from the White House at the show, but Trump is undecided at the moment, but a lot of major people have already told WWE they are coming.”
