Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, was left without legal representation after her divorce attorney stepped away from the case. The decision came just days after the Nancy Drew actor accused her of making “disturbing, false” claims.
According to Us Weekly, a Utah judge granted the request of Kelley’s lawyer, Farrah Spencer, to withdraw from the proceedings on Monday, August 19.
In the order, the court stated that Farrah Spencer and her firm were,
“permitted to withdraw as counsel of record for [Kelley] effective immediately, and are relieved of any and all future duties and responsibilities for [Kelley] in this case”.
The ruling also noted that all future filings must be directed to Kelley Wolf herself via her email address. Spencer’s withdrawal motion was filed under seal, leaving Kelley temporarily without representation.
Scott Wolf alleges estranged wife Kelley Wolf planned to use false claims in divorce case:

In the wake of his June divorce filing, Scott Wolf shared his perspective on the dispute with Kelley Wolf in a statement to People. The White Squall actor stated that he had hoped to keep the process private, but explained that allegations made against him had left him with no choice. Scott shared,
“There are some significant challenges that are making our situation incredibly difficult and contentious, and it is tragic for all involved, I was informed of some deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations that were made about me by my estranged wife”.
According to People, text messages showed Kelley Wolf telling Scott that she planned to accuse him of
"psychological abuse, child abuse, child endangerment, and stealing with passports".
She reportedly went on to make some of those claims in a 911 call on July 26. Wolf said he released the messages to highlight his wife’s intentions.
“In order to protect my kids, I am providing the text messages she sent to me where she describes this plan".
He explained, adding that Kelley had also admitted,
“I do not believe they’re true”.
Amid Scott Wolf's divorce, Kelley Wolf says she was treated poorly in Park City:

Against the backdrop of a tense divorce, Kelley Wolf said she no longer felt welcome in Park City, Utah, the place she once called home.
According to Page Six, she shared her thoughts in an Instagram post, writing,
“I am often misunderstood. What you might not know— I am deeply competitive. I am humble. I’ve been told I’m smart. And, as of recently, I’m apparently the most unwelcome guest in my own town of Park City, Utah.”
Her post included a photo of a tree draped with an American flag.
Kelley, who described herself as “often misunderstood,” reflected on betrayal, judgment, and manipulation. She explained,
“Betrayal, hate and judgment are simply personal matters and I give that to God, I am only a girl, trying to relax”.
She revealed plans to leave for Arkansas to “reset” and warned that she might take legal action against those she said had slandered her.
“Trust me, I’ll meet you in court.”
Kelley wrote, while thanking others for standing by her. The post came just days after Scott Wolf publicly accused her of plotting to make “disturbing, false” claims as part of their divorce proceedings.
911 calls reveal dispute at Scott and Kelley Wolf’s Utah home:
Us Weekly reported that three 911 calls were made concerning Scott and Kelley Wolf’s Utah home between July 26 and July 29. One of the calls, placed on July 29 by an unidentified man, claimed his estranged wife had been “trying to have Summit County Sheriffs help her break into our home”.
He told the dispatcher,
“I need to speak to someone to make sure that doesn’t happen.”
When asked if his wife had been using law enforcement to gain access to the property, the man replied,
“She’s attempting that. She livestreamed it on her social media account this morning and apparently, she’s still at the house and she’s saying she’s going to have the deputies come back to the house.”
The caller also alleged there was an active restraining order against her, though she told officers there was not one in place. He further claimed she ripped a screen while livestreaming the incident, with police “holding the phone for her” at the time.
With the court filings and attorney withdrawals, the divorce between Scott and Kelley Wolf has moved beyond private negotiations and into an increasingly public and contested legal battle.
