Actress Kelley Wolf, against whom a restraining order was issued by her former husband, Scott Wolf, recently documented her struggle to enter her own family home. As per the reports, Wolf livestreamed as she attempted to enter the home in the presence of a deputy, but was ultimately unable to do so.
In her video, she explained that, as her previous request to be allowed entry had been denied, she sought the help of the local authorities. Wolf said:
"[I am] under the impression that I have done everything humanly possible to retrieve some basic items from my home. I’m currently about to meet up with a deputy of Summit County who's going to escort me into my home so I can get some money that I have saved. I have just had enough... I'm sick of being treated like I'm crazy."
Kelley Wolf and Scott Wolf married in 2004, two years after they began dating. However, on June 10, 2025, the couple announced their separation after more than two decades of marriage. Kelley Wolf took to social media to announce the news, saying:
“It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage."
More about Kelley Wolf's recent livestream, as she attempts to enter her family home amid divorce from Scott Wolf
According to People Magazine, Scott Wolf was previously granted a temporary restraining order against Kelley Wolf on 25 June after she engaged in alleged threatening behavior. The document filed by the Party of Five actor read:
"[Kelley Wolf] engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties' minor children.”
This restraining order was filed after Kelley had allegedly attempted to take her children out of the country and was later placed on an "involuntary psychiatric hold." Following the incident, Scott Wolf was granted the temporary sole custody of the couple's three children.
However, earlier this month, on July 19, the temporary restraining order against Kelley Wolf was dropped after the former couple signed an agreement outlining their custody rights, division of finances, and other matters.
As per People Magazine, in the recent video, Kelley Wolf claimed that she had allegedly attempted to file for divorce back in January, as she was not feeling safe. She said:
“I just want to get a few things… I tried to do this as peacefully [possible]. I've called you guys eight times in January saying I didn't feel safe, but [Scott] beat me to the punch. Apparently, I tried to file, but if somebody files before you, they can do a lot of weird stuff.”
According to the agreement signed by Kelley and Scott Wolf, the public speaker is not allowed to enter the family home and, at the moment, has been granted time with her children under the careful observation of a counselor. In the video, she further added:
“I have a sassy attitude, my God, but being called things like grandiose, bipolar, schizophrenic, crazy, being banned from places I've been forever is just rude, honestly. I have to now prove myself and [I] did nothing except ask for a divorce.I'm sure y'all have seen this before, but wrong lady, because I don’t back down.”
According to the authorities who escorted Wolf to her home, she was ultimately unable to enter her home as the locks around the house had been changed. They said:
"She needed to gather items at the house. However, Kelley was unsuccessful in her attempts as the spokesperson says. She made some phone calls to family, had some conversations with family [but] still wasn't able to gain access into the house and ultimately left."
At the moment, Scott Wolf has not made any official statements regarding the matter.
