Kim Kardashian has opened up about her doctor's concerns that her brain aneurysm could rupture.

The reality television star spoke to her sister, Kourtney, on the November 20 episode of The Kardashians about some advice her doctor gave her recently:

"I called Keith Black, the brain surgeon, and I sent him a picture of it. He was like, ‘I want you to come in for all this imaging,'" she said. "I asked, 'Can I wait? What makes it rupture?' They’re like, 'Just stress.'"

The 45-year-old has been busy lately as she continues her studies for law school and acting for Ryan Murphy's All’s Fair.

"I’m like, ‘OK, I’m taking the bar exam. I’m studying 10 hours a day,'" she explained, adding that her levels of stress have become "next level to the point of hives now. I have four kids that depend on me. I have to be sane. It's stressful out there, but this aneurysm can't be stressed."

Kim Kardashian shares North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6, with her estranged husband, Kanye West.

In a confessional interview, Kourtney voiced her concerns for her sister, Kim Kardashian. At the time, the trial for the 2016 Paris robbery kicked off. Kim was tied up and robbed of millions of dollars’ worth of jewelry by several men at her hotel during Paris Fashion Week. She testified in the trial in May, and seven men and one woman have since been convicted.

She also offered fans a sneak peek into her law school studies in the days leading up to her bar exam. She took to social media to vlog herself studying for the test as she broke down emotionally.

“It is like every time I feel like I am a step ahead, something happens to try and stop me from doing this,” Kim told the camera. “A part of me just wants to stop. I feel like my brain is going to explode, and I still have so much more to go,” she added.

She shared the video after confirming that she failed the bar, despite having been studying law for the last six years. However, she vowed to retake the test.

During the confessional, Kourtney questioned Kim Kardashians' need to study.

“I wonder why she feels the need to go to law school and do this. It’s fine if it’s your passion and whatever, but isn’t there a time to do it later when your kids are more grown and they don’t need you as much?” Kardashian Barker asked.
