Knoxx Pro Wrestling has issued a statement after an incident where Raja Jackson allegedly attacked Syko Stu over the weekend at a Knokx Pro event in California.
In a tweet, the wrestling academy noted,
"First and foremost our thoughts and prayers are with our brother Mr. Stuart Smith (Syko Stu) as he remains a priority and we are monitoring his well being. What was supposed to be a planned and agreed upon wrestling spot, turned into a selfish irresponsible act of violence against Mr. Smith."
The post continued,
"This egregious act is rephrehensible and never should have occurred. In the 17 years of operation of KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy, there has never been anyhing as heinous take place such as this and we apologize to our patrons and fans."
What happened between Raja Jackson and Syko Stu?
Son of former UFC champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Raja Jackson, on August 23, 2025, was involved in a staged wrestling match with wrestler Syko Stu. The KnokX Pro Wrestling event was live-streamed on the streaming platform Kick. Earlier, Syko had struck Jackson with a beer can on tape, and when Jackson took issue, Smith was immediately informed that "he's not a worker," and Jackson was held back to be calmed down.
To settle things, the two agreed to set up a wrestling show. However, after entering the ring and knocking out Stu, Jackson did not back off and delivered a series of 20 punches in total.
Smith was unconscious, and other wrestlers tried to pull Jackson off. Smith was taken ot the hospital, and as per TMZ, members of the Los Angeles Police Department were called and are investigating the matter.
Following the horrific incident, Kick banned Raja Jackson from their streaming platform and condemned the violence. Netizens also took to social media to criticize Jackson for crossing a line.
While Raja Jackson is yet to address the situation, his father, and UFC star Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, in an X post addressed the incident. Quinton revealed that he has been informed that Syko Stu is "awake and stable." He added that his son was told that he could get his "payback" for the beer can incident, and he thought of it as "a part of the show." However, things got carried away, and it was "bad judgment."
He also noted that Raja had a recent concussion and suggested that the situation was mishandled regarding athlete safety. He expressed concern for Smith's health and apologized on his behalf to the Kick community.
