Kristin Cavallari is getting candid about why her ex-boyfriend, Mark Estes, pulled out of her podcast tour.
During the June 11 episode of Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, the reality star, 38, reflected on why her former beau, 25, left her stranded on one of her live podcast pit stops in Chicago, her hometown.
“My ex boyfriend Mark Estes originally agreed to be on my second episode, as well as Harry Jowsey from Too Hot to Handle,” she said. “But, Talan [Torriero] decided to group text message on Instagram both Harry and Mark.”
Kristin Cavallari said that Estes dipped on her because he didn't want to share the stage. She was slated for multiple consecutive shows that night, with guest appearances expected from her former Laguna Beach costars, exes Talan and Estes, and Jowsey.
“Mark had no idea that Harry was coming,” Cavallari revealed. “It was a huge blow to his ego and he’s not coming now.”
She also said that “the whole theme” of the night related to people who had a history on her podcast, which made Estes’ absence all the more “tough.” When Talan asked her if it was his fault, she quipped:
"Yeah, you ruined my whole second episode. So thank you."
In the end, Kristin Cavallari's 8th-grade boyfriend, Johnny, stepped in to save the day.
'But now I'm gonna be pulling up Johnny, my very first boyfriend from Chicago. I've talked about him a couple times on the podcast. We were as in love as you can be at the tender age of 13 and 14,' she admitted.
Kristin Cavallari reflects on two of her ex-boyfriends, here's how she feels about them:
Kristin Cavallari, who was first catapulted to fame with her appearance as a teenager on MTV's Laguna Beach, recently reflected on what her "ideal man" would be. Following her split with Estes, who is 13 years her junior, she sat down with Extra's Bully Bush, where she said:
"My ideal guy would be 45, not famous, whatsoever. Maybe he owns a construction company in Tennessee."
In another recent episode, she revealed that her former beau slid into her DMs once again. Speaking to Justin Anderson and Steph Biegel, as they were out for their IV treatments, she said of the Montana Boyz fame member:
"Wait, last night, during the show, Mark texted me, "How's everything going?"' She added, 'He just texted me, "I miss you."'
Kristin Cavallari and Estes dated for about seven months last year before they parted ways, The Daily Mail has reported. As for how she felt about meeting her very first boyfriend, whom she credited for making her a "heartbreaker," she said in a confessional, per E! News, after Estes cancelled on her:
"Johnny was actually coming to the Chicago show anyway. I was like, 'Wait a minute, this could be really fun.' We all know how it is to get over your first love, it's very difficult. And I do wonder if I've sort of, like, changed the narrative in my mind all these years. To have his perspective is gonna be awesome."
The mother of three later lamented the "letdown" her estranged former beau is:
"Johnny is a massive letdown," she said in the onfessional. "It honestly breaks my heart because for all of these years I have held my relationship with Johnny in this high regard. And then he got up on stage and he was a completely different person."
She continued, reflecting on how during their time on the podcast, Johnny accused Kristin Cavallari of philandering:
"He was the only person I gave the questions to beforehand because obviously he doesn't do this stuff. He knew exactly what I was going to say, so, to me, it just feels premeditated, like he wanted to come out there and tear me down. These memories that I've had with Johnny all of these years are now just completely ruined."
