Leah McSweeney is going on the offensive, and she isn’t holding any punches. The former Real Housewives of New York City star has claimed that Andy Cohen orchestrated a plot against her using former and current Real Housewives stars.
In the latest court findings obtained by People Magazine, the actress alleged that Cohen and his collaborators have executed a “coordinated attack” on her through the media and press, after she filed her 2024 lawsuit against Cohen and Bravo for a toxic work environment that encouraged drug use.
In her initial filing, Leah McSweeney claimed that the Bravo producers intentionally planned scenarios where alcohol would be abundant, even though she shared with everyone involved that she suffers from alcoholism. Leah asserts that the producers use this tactic frequently to ensure that they capture potentially incendiary moments that may draw attention to their programming.

Leah McSweeney’s allegations uncovered
Leah McSweeney then bolstered her comments about alcohol on set with more allegations about Cohen’s behavior. She claimed that Andy partook in:
"Coc**ne use with Housewives and other 'Bravolebrities' that he employs."
To make matters worse, she alleged that cast members who would engage in drug use with Cohen would generally receive:
"More favorable treatment and edits."
The newly submitted filing asserts that Cohen, in a clear abuse of power, has made a point to "direct or induce" other Bravo stars to claim McSweeney is a "liar" in the media. The second filing wrote that Cohen:
"Either directly requested or induced current and former ‘Real Housewives’ cast members publicly disparage McSweeney’s character, and propensity for truthfulness, to curry favor with Cohen in the hopes that such favor would propel their entertainment careers."
Apart from Cohen, the filing additionally named more than 20 Bravo stars. This includes Kyle Richards, Luann de Lesseps, Kandi Burruss, Melissa Gorga, Dorinda Medley, and more. One moment mentioned specifically was Lisa Vanderpump’s April 2024 appearance on The Talk, where she openly vocalized herself as ‘Team Andy’:
"He’s inappropriately naughty, like I am, too. I mean, that’s what Bravo is a lot of the time. But it is innocuous. He’s a gay man that we have a lot of fun with. So, am I on his side? Damn right, I’m on his side."
Meanwhile, Heather Dubrow has come out and accused McSweeney of attempted character assassination on Cohen with the short-sighted goal of making money.
Leah McSweeney, for her part, has not relented, recently even doubling down on her claims that Cohen gives preferential treatment to reality stars who use coc**ne with him.
