In a hilarious commentary on the ongoing feud between Elon Musk and President Donald Trump, talk-show host Andy Cohen is offering to mediate between the former colleagues by hosting a Real Housewives-like reunion show.
Taking to X, Cohen, who hosts the late-night show, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, wrote,
“LET ME HOST THE REUNION!”
Cohen, who also hosts and executive produces the Real Housewives media franchise, had put up an American flag at the end of his post.
Cohen’s tweet came in the wake of Pennsylvania state representative Malcolm Kenyatta’s tweet, who urged the host to mediate the feud between Tesla CEO Elon Musk and President Trump. Kenyatta wrote,
“Petition to have @Andy host the Trump-Musk White House Housewives Reunion. America deserves all the tea”
Cohen received support from various other political quarters as well, as Representative Jared Moskowitz commented on Cohen’s desire to host the reunion show. Moskowitz posted a poster-like graphic of a ‘Real Housewives of the West Wing Reunion Seating Chart,’ complete with Cohen’s image alongside that of Musk, Trump, and various members of Trump’s administratio,n such as Vice President J.D. Vance, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, among others.
Why are Elon Musk and Donald Trump feuding?
Billionaire Elon Musk, who was originally part of President Donald Trump’s campaign to be elected to office, also contributed $288 million to Trump’s campaign, as per The Washington Post.
Following Trump’s election, Musk became the head of a new government agency, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). While the President and the businessman worked together to cut federal jobs and funding during the first half of 2025, Musk ended his tenure as a temporary government employee on May 30, as per USA Today. The publication noted that Musk was sent off cordially from the White House, with both men praising the other.

However, before announcing that he was exiting DOGE, Musk expressed dissatisfaction with Trump’s new spending bill. During a conversation with CBS, Musk said,
“I was, like, disappointed to see the massive spending bill, frankly, which increases the budget deficit, doesn't decrease it, and undermines the work that the DOGE team is doing…I was, like, disappointed to see the massive spending bill, frankly, which increases the budget deficit, doesn't decrease it, and undermines the work that the DOGE team is doing.”
Musk also referred to Trump’s name for the bill, which he called the ‘Big, Beautiful Bill,’ and said,
“I think a bill can be big or it can be beautiful. But I don't know if it could be both. My personal opinion.”
Musk then also took to X to criticise the bill. He wrote,
“I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.”
Trump responded by taking to Truth Social to write that Musk’s criticism was related to his disapproval of the removal of the EV mandate from the bill. The President also claimed that Musk “went CRAZY.”
Elon Musk also proceeded to take shots at Trump, claiming that the President was mentioned in “the Epstein files,” referring to documents related to the s*x crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein.
