A former assistant of rapper Symere Bysil Woods, also known as Lil Uzi Vert, had previously filed a harassment and misconduct lawsuit against him and Roc Nation. The accuser, who remained anonymous, previously claimed that Roc Nation did not pay heed to her complaints, Hot New HipHop reports.

Filed under the name of Jane Doe, the lawsuit sought damages for causing the former assistant emotional anguish. She also had some uncleared wages. As per reports, it is now claimed that Jane Doe has dropped her lawsuit. As per AllHipHop, the lawsuit was taken down with prejudice, which means that it cannot be filed again.

The original suit was lodged in October 2025, but it was taken down almost 20 days later. Jane Doe alleged inappropriate behavior from the rapper while claiming an unfavorable work environment. She mentioned that he sent her messages that were unprofessional and also made several advances towards her.

However, when she rejected those, Lil Uzi Vert allegedly showed signs of abusive behavior. As cited in the lawsuit, some of the messages that the rapper allegedly sent her include asking for favors. He wrote:

“Come rub me down before you leave.”

In another message, he reportedly called her names, saying:

“You are more than my assistant. You are my b*tch.”

Additionally, the lawsuit claimed that Jane Doe also worked for JT, Lil Uzi Vert’s romantic partner. However, she was not paid for the work she did.

What did the lawsuit against Lil Uzi Vert mention?

Jane Doe’s tenure was for three years, from 2022 until this year. In her lawsuit, she claimed that she sometimes had to work for extra hours up to almost 40 at a stretch. As seen in an image of the lawsuit posted on the X account ‘@Kurrco,’ the statements read:

“When Plaintiff Doe was first offered the opportunity to work as Defendant Woods' assistant in February of 2022, she knew that sleepless nights and long hours would be part of the job. So be it.”

Additionally, it read:

“What she did not contemplate - and could not have contemplated - was the quick escalation of the job from intense and demanding to downright hostile and inappropriate.”

Jane Doe alleged in the lawsuit that Lil Uzi Vert’s actions were supported by his management team. The lawsuit mentioned:

“Supported by his management team, Defendant Woods for two years hounded Plaintiff Doe during her employment as his Artist Management Coordinator with unwelcome s*xual demands and advances.”

The lawsuit stated that as time went on, Lil Uzi Vert kept treating Doe badly by saying hurtful things to her. When he was under the influence of drugs like Xanax and OxyContin, he would send her many angry and mean text messages.

These messages made Doe confused and worried, as she didn’t know if he was going to fire her or if he was just angry. One time in July 2024, Lil Uzi Vert got upset because someone in his group didn’t get a hotel room and then sent her problematic texts.
