Lily Allen reportedly dating actor James Norton following David Harbor split

The UK Sun reported that Lily Allen was seen on a 'first date' with a British actor, James Norton, at the Lido Festival in London on Saturday, June 14. The publication reports, citing an onlooker, that the duo "were chatting and laughing" while enjoying Charlie XCX's performance.

The publication obtained photos of the two together on the date and reports that onlookers shared that the actress looked smitten with Norton. It is further speculated that they met each other via the celebrity dating app Raya.

The UK Sun further cited an eyewitness, who shared with the publication that the two appeared to be on a date and looked really relaxed. The onlooker reportedly recounted to The UK Sun that,

"Lily and James appeared to be on a date. They were together for the day and were chatting and laughing together as they watched Charli XCX. Lily was leaning into him at one point."

The eyewitness added,

"She and James seemed really relaxed together and she was really making him giggle. They were drinking non-alcoholic beer and queued at the bar like all the other punters. People were doing double-takes when they saw them together."

Furthermore, the source shared that,

“Because they’re both on Raya it seems like they might have matched with each other. And Lido is a great first date because there is so much to do.”

Lily Allen is a 40-year-old English songwriter and actress who has won multiple awards, including a Brit Award and nominations for a Grammy, Laurence Olivier, etc. She split from her husband, Stranger Things fame David Harbour, in 2024.

James Norton is a 39-year-old British actor who has appeared in works like Happy Valley (2014-2023), War & Peace (2016), etc. Norton, per the Daily Mail, broke up with his model girlfriend, Charlotte Rose Smith, about a month ago.

According to the Daily Mail, the (former) couple split in December 2024 after Allen allegedly discovered that Harbour had a secret account on the celebrity dating site Raya. Though there are various rumors regarding their split, neither party has officially stated the reason for the separation.
