Kelley Wolf is not allowed to have any direct or indirect contact with her estranged husband Scott Wolf and their three children, Jackson, 16, Miler, 12, and Lucy, 11, as per a new protective order issued on August 28 and reviewed by People. This comes after Kelley broke a temporary agreement with Scott.
In a July 15 temporary agreement, Scott was granted temporary sole physical custody of the estranged couple's kids, while Kelley earned supervised "liberal" visitation and up to three video or phone calls per week. The judge had also set a gag order preventing both Kelley and Scott from discussing their children or divorce on social media.
On July 29, Kelley allegedly went against the temporary agreement by posting a clip of her attempts to get into her family's home on social media. In a since-deleted clip, Kelley Wolf can be seen claiming that she was trying to get "some basic items" from her home and that she is "sick of being treated like I'm crazy."
Scott filed for divorce from Kelley in Utah on June 9, 2025 as per court documents reviewed by Us Weekly. Along with the divorce documents, Scott also filed for a "proposed parenting plan."
What does the new protective order say about Kelley Wolf
As per court documents obtained by People Kelley Wolf cannot
"commit, try to commit or threaten to commit any form of violence" against Scott or the kids, including "stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing any other form of abuse that could cause bodily injury."
The only time Kelley Wolf is allowed to have contact with Scott is during mediation sessions scheduled with a "Court Qualified Mediator" regarding their divorce or custody. In any other circumstance, she must remain at least 300 feet away from Scott.
Kelley is barred from using drugs or alcohol until the next hearing on September 10. She is only allowed to visit her family home to pick up her belongings while being accompanied by a police officer.
The new protective order comes after Kelley on August 26 was arrested on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. Kelley was accused of posting Scott's personal phone number on her Instagram account, as a result of which Scott received "a barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people."
Prior to her arrest, Kelley had shared news about her arrest on Instagram stories noting that the police showed up at her house to arrest her and that she's 'not suicidal" or a "danger to anyone."
