No Jumper's Adam22 is not a fan of Tyler Perry's Straw.

In a video circulating online, Wack 100 and Adam22 can be seen arguing after the latter dissed Perry's 2025 film, which stars Teyana Taylor and Taraji P. Henson. When the former referred to it as a "great" movie, the YouTuber and adult filmmaker opined:

"Probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen. The dumbest, corniest, lamest movie I've ever seen. My first Tyler Perry film," he said. "I didn't know movies like that existed. I actually thought the acting was pretty good, it was really more of the storyline that I felt was terrible."

He went on,

"It felt like an after-school special. This is a movie for adults? Adults are moved by this? It really makes me think." He added, "It did feel like it was lacking in terms of production quality," he said.

When asked if he understood the end of the film, he accused Wack 100 of being "easily moved," noting that he double-checked the reviews to make sure he wasn't "being crazy," claiming that a lot of people thought the movie was "cringe" and "horrific."

"What I'm interested in is, are all his movies like this? How did he get so rich if his movies suck so bad? Listen, if I was in the 8th grade, I would have liked the movie."

Adam22, born Adam Grandmaison, also referred to everyone who liked the movie as "stupid," before telling Wack 100 that he thinks "less" of him because he's a fan of Perry's movie. As for what he thinks is a good movie that never made it to the big screen, he named the documentary The Painter and the Big Thief.

Wack 100 claims Adam22 was arrested by federal agents

Earlier this year, Adam sparked a wave of controversy when he revealed that he was visited by federal agents due to his No Jumper podcast being named in the RICO case against Big U. In his March video, he teased fans with a "crazy update" about the federal investigation that involved prolific figures like Big U, Luce Cannon, and Bricc Baby.

Not long after, Wack 100, a record executive, claimed that Adam22 was arrested and detained. The latter was noticeably absent from their scheduled broadcast that same week.

"He was supposed to go live today, right? They came and got him this morning. They doubled back. We tried to have him out," Wack said at the time during an episode. "I just called my attorney. Tryna to get him down there so Adam don't be doing no telling, bro," he added.

The day before, Adam had taken to his Instagram Stories to claim the FBI questioned him about his alleged involvement in the high-profile case.

"I made it 41 years into this life before I had involvement, conversations with federal agents," he wrote at the time.

However, these claims have yet to be corroborated, as Newsweek has reported that there were no formal charges made, nor was there any official confirmation about an arrest.

Nonetheless, Wack 100 emphasized that Adam22 was safe, claiming that he "ain't got no nothing" and that "He ain't no flight risk or nothing."
