While Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal battle continues to go on, the Gossip Girl alum recently had a small win as a judge dismissed Baldoni's $400 million countersuit against her, Ryan Reynolds, and other parties. After the news broke, Blake Lively's older sister, Robyn, took to Instagram and shared a story claiming how proud she is of her.
The 37-year-old Blake Lively, who in December 2024 filed a civil rights case against Justin Baldoni, stating that he s*xually harassed her during the production of the romantic drama film It Ends With Us, reshared Robyn's several Instagram Story posts on June 10, 2025. Robyn, in one of her Instagram Stories, shared a picture of her with Blake in Paris and wrote:
"No one knows you quite like I do, and man am I ever proud of you ... I love you sister."
In another Instagram story, Robyn, who is also an actress and is married to actor Bart Johnson, wrote:
"(I'm) very proud. Just so you know, very proud."
To which Robyn's husband, Bart, added:
"That's a tough thing to navigate, so we're proud."
The Age of Adaline actress, Lively, being the sweet and loving younger sister she is, took the opportunity to reshare all the Instagram stories Robyn posted. While resharing the third story, she referenced the lyrics of Donna Lewis' popular song I Love You Always Forever and wrote:
"I love you more. Always. Forever. Near or far. Closer together."
As a judge dismissed Justin Baldoni's countersuit against Blake Lively and others, her lawyers claimed it a "total victory"

Judge Lewis J. Liman, on June 9, 2025, in New York City, dismissed Justin Baldoni's $400 million countersuit against The Shallows actress Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist. His defamation lawsuit against The New York Times, seeking $250 million, was also dismissed.
According to People, in a statement, lawyers Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, who have been handling Blake's controversial legal battle with Baldoni since the beginning, claimed that
It's a "total victory and a complete vindication" for Blake Lively.
On the other hand, Justin Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, who opened up in an interview with TMZ about Judge Liman's decision regarding dismissal of the countersuit on June 10, 2025, said:
The news was "not fair" and "not right".
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's trial date has been set for March 2026.
