“Oh no no no”; Travis Kelce ex Kayla Nicole refuses to react to NFL star’s engagement to Taylor Swift

As per Daily Mail, footballer Travis Kelce's ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole refused to comment on the blockbuster engagement of her ex-boyfriend with pop sensation Taylor Swift.

At the red carpet event of the publication, organized in association with Sports Illustrated, the 33-year-old presenter refused to comment on Travis Kelce’s engagement. She revealed that she is focused on her present.

Oh,no,no,no.....said Nicole after being asked about commenting on Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's engagement.

In fact, Nicole said she was happy to be there, dodging the question.

But I'm really happy to be here at Champion though! This is a dope party." Nicole said to Daily Mail as she dodged commenting on Travis Kelce's engagement

Nicole went on to express that she was more focused on living her life than on what had happened in the past.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift got engaged in the latter part of last month. Swift and Travis Kelce released pictures of the engagement, which made headlines and suggested that the two might be walking down the aisle very soon.

"Your english teacher and your gym teacher are getting married." Read the caption of the Instagram post.

Kayla Nicole on moving on from Travis Kelce and focusing on herself

During the Champion event on September 11, Nicole told People that the biggest lesson she had learnt this year was that "the opinions of other people are only as big as you make them."

"So if I don't allow it to affect me, it simply won't. You know what I mean? Sometimes on social media, we think that it's the whole world, and it's really not." Nicole told People

"It's an app with a couple of 100,000 million people, but you're in control of the narrative, honestly, and if something is holding you, bogging you down, turn it off. Delete the app, log off. That's my biggest advice" Nicole continued.

Nicole unfollowed friends Brittany and Patrick Mahomes on Instagram as part of her attempt to "move forward" with her life since her breakup with Travis Kelce in 2022.

Before dating Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce was in an on-and-off relationship with Nicole for around five years. Nicole and Travis Kelce began dating in 2017 and called it quits in 2022.

Nicole shared a video of actress Tracee Ellis Ross explaining her choice of "joy" on her Instagram Stories after Kelce and Swift announced their engagement in August.

"I think joy is different from happiness. Happiness is something you can get at 7-Eleven, and joy is something that you earn and work for and takes practice." Ross said in the video.

Nicole presented her views while discussing the clip with People and expressed that being happy is an everyday choice.

"Gosh, I was reading a book maybe years ago now, but basically the idea is that happiness is fleeting." Nicole said while discussing the clip with People

On her podcast, The Pre-Game, she frequently talks about relationships while also drawing on her personal dating experiences. The influencer acknowledged in April that she hasn't yet encountered romance like the "fairytale" tales found in Disney films.
