Scott Wolf's ex, Kelley Wolf, has reportedly been charged with violating her protective order.

People Magazine broke the news that The Real World: New Orleans alum, 48, was charged with a misdemeanor after she allegedly violated a protective order issued on August 28. She was reportedly barred from contacting Wolf, 57, and all three of their kids: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

Per the outlet, she was only permitted to speak with her ex during the mediation sessions held by a "Court Qualified Mediator," and it had to do with their divorce or custody of their kids. Scott has since accused Kelley of contacting him

“using a friend’s phone and attempting to contact her son [Miller] through a friend’s son," per the Statement of Probable Cause obtained by the outlet.

In an exclusive statement to People Magazine, Kelley Wolf, who is due in court on November 7, said:

“I am utterly shocked [for] the unabating aggressive use of a legal system and possibly more. [It] has become almost intolerable to my physical body, my family's health and well-being period. I'm unclear as to how these things are allowed to be processed. I have [allegedly] been compliant with everything legal, I have said nothing disparaging about anyone at any time. I'd like to also state for anyone who doesn't seem to understand — that divorce can take time. Anyone who continues to put pressure on a mother when all she's doing is fighting for her children is somebody who needs to check themselves.”

The reality television star previously made an appearance in a Utah court just days ago. However, Page Six has reported that she had no legal counsel, which thereby hindered a decision about a full restraining order from being passed. Per Us Weekly, Kelley was instructed to have her legal counsel

“send the court a letter indicating that they are representing” her in the case, following which Scott “will be directed by the court to send money directly to that attorney” to pay for her lawyer’s retainer.

The development comes days after Kelley Wolf reportedly checked herself into rehab, though the stint ended in two days. She confirmed to Page Six that she traded the facility for a hotel in Arizona. However, she did assert that she would be checking into another facility in Utah in November.

She told the outlet that she needed help with her PTSD more than her addiction. Kelley Wolf was previously charged with two counts of

"misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and one count of misdemeanor electronic communications harassment."
