In October, Rideaux updated the People Magazine with regard to her wedding planning and opened up about her priorities. She said,

“I'm looking forward to just keeping my focus on my soon-to-be husband and just being grateful for where we are. Relationships are not easy, and we lived apart in different states for a majority of the beginning stages of our relationship”

Revealing that being able to celebrate with her loved ones is most important, Rideaux added,

“I'm looking forward to just soaking it all in and looking absolutely stunning in my photos, but also just being able to fellowship with my friends and family and celebrate love. What better place to go to a party than to a wedding where people are celebrating love?”

Rideaux also revealed what she loved about Harris’ proposal. While speaking candidly to The People Magazine, she said,

“Just to walk in the room feeling that much love and that much importance to you on a special day, not only your birthday but a day that everyone knew that you were going to get proposed to, it's just chef's kiss. Chef’s kiss. I couldn't have asked for a better proposal.”

In February, Rideaux shared her experience of appearing on The Real Housewives of Potomac, and while acknowledging her then-fiancé, wrote,

“Endless gratitude to my fiancé for standing by me through it all and to my incredible cast mates and production team for making this dream possible. And to top it off, the episode I hosted for my man was nominated for a major accolade (but God !!!)”

As per People Magazine, Jassi Rideaux and Darius Harris are considering going for a honeymoon to Singapore or Bali.
