Sonic the Hedgehog is getting another installment. Paramount Pictures has announced the spin-off film and has revealed that it will drop in the theatres in 2028. The franchise is an adaptation of the namesake video games. So far, there have been three entries in the franchise that came out in 2020, 2022 and 2024.Besides the film, the franchise has also churned out three short films titled Around the World in 80 Seconds, Sonic Drone Home and A Very Sonic Christmas.
