More about the Kayla Nicole and Chris Brown's moment on stage, as fans react to the viral clip of their lap dance
Kayla Nicole, who was seen wearing an all black outfit with knee length boots, appeared on stage, on Sunday during Chris Brown's performance of his song, "Take You Down" at the SoFi stadium in Los Angeles. In the viral moment, the singer is seen pushing Nicole against a red couch and giving her a lap dance, and he was allegedly later seen leaning in for a kiss.
Back in 2009, Chris Brown was arrested and charged with felony assault and making criminal threats, after it was revealed that he had engaged in physical violence against his then girlfriend Rihanna. He later pleaded guilty to the charges of felony assault and accepted a plea deal that included five years of probation.
In the August 15 episode of Kayla Nicole's podcast, titled, "Gender Roles in Dating: Spotting Abuse & Your Wildest Icks" Nicole spoke in detail about the early warning signs of domestic violence in a relationship.
According to Clutch Points, Kayla Nicole also addressed the pressing issue in her Instagram Stories, writing:
"Lifting up every woman impacted by predators, abusers, & those we trusted 2 protect us. If current events are reopening old wounds, it doesn’t mean you’ve lost ur progress. It’s ok 2 feel. The media has been draining to say the least, & for survivors of domestic violence, can be significantly triggering. Remember you do not have to watch this egregious content on loop. Log out.”
The fact that she is now associating herself with Chris Brown, who himself has been accused of something similar, is what has angered fans, many of whom took to social media to point out the duality of the situation.
This fan said:
"She would absolutely remember this, considering she is the same age as me and I remember it very well... Honestly just 🤢🤢"
Another person said:
"She's just not a serious person."
This person added:
"She is been hypocrite, building brand about body positivity but at the same time bodyshaming women who done nothing to her, she proud when people praise her body & looks but at the same turn around mocking women who she think bellow her & keep in tab on all women her ex meet."
Another added:
"Women still crushing on him after what he did to Rihanna?"
Kayla Nicole later posted about the experience of attendding the show on her Instagram, writing "that was fun."
