Sharing a picture of its cover, Jennie Garth explained how she looked back on her life and experiences to express her thoughts in this book.

She captioned the post:

"It’s my real journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and learning to become the best version of myself. I got real, I got vulnerable, and I chose me! Now, I’m inviting you to do the same"

She is excited for readers to read her soon-to-be-released book. Expecting that readers find feels familiar and echoes her sentiment, she further wrote,
