Was Daphne Joy named in a Diddy lawsuit? 50 Cent responds to Cam'ron asking about his ex's involvement with the incarcerated rapper

50 Cent is seemingly not happy with Cam'ron for bringing up his ex Daphne Joy's name during his conversation with a male escort reportedly involved in the Diddy trial.

Cam'ron invited Sharay “The Punisher” Hayes for his latest episode of Talk With Flee podcast to reflect on his alleged encounters with Diddy and Cassie Ventura. When Hayes claimed that he very often did not use protection with the couple during some of the notorious “freak-offs," Cam'ron asked him if he'd ever gotten involved with Joy, citing that her name had come up in a 2024 lawsuit against the mogul.

“Nah,” Hayes answered, as reported by Billboard. “Every time I was called or involved in any way, it was only Cassie, specifically.”

Upon catching wind of the conversation, 50 Cent took to Instagram to issue a curt warning. Alongside a clip of the conversation, he penned the following caption:

“Well here come the bullsh–, don’t kiss my boy Pee Pee Mouth.”

For the unversed, Producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit against Diddy back in February 2024, accusing him of s*xually assaulting him and forcing him to hire escorts. He named Joy in the lawsuit, claiming that she was one of several women who were given a monthly stipend to serve as adult workers for Combs.

Despite Joy taking to Instagram to refute these allegations, 50 Cent filed a motion to gain sole custody of their son. He also took to X to slam her, in addition to sharing photos of Joy and Diddy on his Instagram page, referring to her as a “little sex worker” in the caption and accusing her of accepting money from Diddy, his longtime rival.

“They don’t come like that unless they got a case," 50 penned in one of his tweets. “You moved a mile away in hopes of having another baby with me but I was busy. So you moved back and then you started receiving money from Brother Love. Now here we are, little s*x worker,” he wrote.

In response, Joy took to Instagram to push back as she accused 50 Cent of only meeting with their son 10 times in the last two years, and of r*ping her and physically assaulting her.

“Everything is a joke to you until our safety is compromised, which is happening now. You are wreaking real havoc, frenzy, and chaos onto people’s lives. How would u feel if [son] Sire was the one in handcuffs? For nothing,” she wrote in another Instagram post.

She also said that she shifted to New York to give Jackson “an opportunity to be a father to your son,” as she wrote:

“I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never even earned. Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me. You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on. You have permanently damaged the last hope I had for you as a father to preserve our family with these last and final false claims made against me. You have broken our hearts for the last and final time."

The Grammy-winning rapper promptly issued a statement to The Times, which read as follows:

“The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my twelve year old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire. The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time."

50 Cent also responded with a defamation lawsuit, though it was eventually dropped.
