In a statement shared to TMZ, Future's team notes that his crew was not involved in a brawl with A Boogie Wit Tha Hoodie and his crew at the Tokyo club.
"Future's crew was not involved in the "Magic City' brawl whatsoever."
A Boogie's team is yet to make a statement about the situation. TMZ Hip Hop obtained a video of the aftermath of the alleged brawl at Zouk Japan. As per TMZ's source, it's unclear who A Boogie's crew was feuding with. In the video, money can be seen scattered everywhere on the floor, and a person can be seen asking someone to "put the bottle down." A Boogie can be seen in yellow Air Jordan 5 sneakers looking for something to throw while standing on a platform. So far no arrests have been made.
While it is unclear what started the fight, A Boogie's crew was noted to be the most agressive. Both Future and A Boogie Wit Tha Hoodie were in Tokyo for the Force Festival, alongside Central Cee, Metro Boomin, Trippie Redd, Sexxy Red, Latto and Polo G. The two rappers had released a song together last year titled "Somebody", but now it remains to be seen if tehy will get together to perform the number.
Future headlines Force Festival in Japan
Ahead of the rumored brawl between him and A Boogie Wit Tha Hoodie, Future was in Japan to headline the Force Festival, where other international rap and hip-hop stars were also present.
The festival took place on October 3 and 4, 2005 at Yokohama Arena in Japan. It was organized by Force Magazine and featured performances by Latto, Metro Boomin, and Awich among others. Tickets for the festival went live on September 5, 2025, with the cheapest tickets being priced at ¥30,000.
The Force Magazine was established by Japanese artist YZERR who in an interview with Forbes Magazine on September 7, 2024 said,
"I think that the misconception that artists are ignorant of business only exists in Japan. Great rappers from overseas like Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, and Puff Daddy all understand business."
Latto's performance at the Force Festival raised eyebrows as fans suggested that her outfit revealed what looked like a baby bump. However, the artist took to Instagram to share a photo from the festival clearing out the rumors and captioned the post explaining that she ate too much "Wagyu and ramen."
