Ronnie Radke is seeking legal protection from Brittany Furlan.

On Monday, Jan. 5, the Falling in Reverse frontman filed a temporary restraining order, claiming that the internet personality harassed him online and escalated matters by following him in person, including outside his home and a doctor's office.

The dispute began last May when Brittany Furlan claimed that she was catfished by someone posing as Ronnie Radke into a relationship. The situation caused a major stir on various outlets, creating a rift between Furlan and her husband, Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee.

At the time, Brittany Furlan even addressed the matter on her TikTok page, alleging that the frontman was the one harassing her.

"It's a catfish, cool. I got catfished. Why are you still harassing me? Why are you sending me hundreds of messages? Why are you trolling me? I don't give a f**k. I unfollowed you. Leave me alone. That's it."

She had added then that she had told everything to her husband, sharing how it had affected her marriage.

"You've blown up my whole life on social media. This is embarrassing for me, embarrassing for my husband."

It had been almost a year, but it seems the issue hasn't stopped, with Brittany Furlan recently taking to her Snapchat, where she claimed in a series of posts that she wasn't catfished at all, and that what enticed her into a romance belonged to Ronnie Radke.

The frontman renounced the speculations and reported the incident to the FBI. And now, in a report obtained by TMZ, he has filed a TRO against Tommy Lee's wife in Los Angeles Superior Court. Per court documents, Ronnie Radke claims that after he ignored Brittany Furlan's texts, she started stalking him on multiple occasions.

The report adds that Furlan allegedly drove by his residence and even waited in front of his house. In another incident, Radke claims that she showed up during his doctor's appointment and kept staring at him.

Brittany Furlan responds to Ronnie Radke's allegations and TRO

Meanwhile, Furlan's representative has responded to the restraining order and the fresh allegations against the personality. The spokesperson told TMZ:

"We are aware of the restraining order petition that has been filed. The claims being made about Ms. Furlan are not accurate. Our legal counsel issued multiple cease-and-desist notices in May after what we considered to be a pattern of harassment, bullying and false public statements about her. Those notices were acknowledged but the behavior continued."

Furlan's camp went on:

"Ms. Furlan will respond through the court process and hopes the matter can be resolved peacefully. No further comment will be made at this time."
