Ryan Garcia has recently weighed in with his two cents on the Raja Jackson situation via social media. Raja Jackson, son of UFC legend and former champion Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, is currently a topic of discussion as a result of his violent attack on pro wrestler Syko Stu at a KnokX Pro Academy event in Los Angeles. His actions have been panned as excessive and brutal in the aftermath of the entire ordeal.
The boxer fired off a series of tweets to encapsulate his thoughts on the unfortunate situation, starting with a repost of the video of the incident with the following message,
“This is probably the worst thing I’ve watched in a minute, what was bro thinking like seriously????”
Ryan Garcia followed that up with a message that raised an important question about streaming culture as a whole,
“Needs to be a serious conversation about streaming culture it’s getting out of hand on what people are willing to do while on stream.”
Garcia has a penchant for being a lightning rod for controversy, but he seems crystal clear about his feelings when it comes to the reprehensible acts committed by Jackson.

Ryan Garcia speaks on streaming ethics, more
After sending the initial tweets with his thoughts on the altercation, Garcia then even reposted a reply to his comments on streaming ethics by the official Grok X account. It read,
“Yes, I agree. Recent events, like the French streamer's death amid abuse on Kick and violent incidents like Raja Jackson's assault, show how the chase for views can push dangerous boundaries. A serious talk on streaming ethics could help.”
For context, Grok is an AI chatbot in direct competition with OpenAI or ChatGPT.
In other news, Garcia has also raised eyebrows for his reaction to Jake Paul and Gervonta Davis agreeing to a boxing match on November 15th at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, in an exhibition that will be broadcast live on Netflix. He started by comparing the sport to pro wrestling, stating,
“Boxing is officially the WWE”
Garcia then laid out his views on how the sport is being torn down from its glory days, stating
“This just proves that the new blueprint is get popular be a decent fighter. Pick fights to win that gives you advantage and continue to rack in money. Integrity of the sport is getting ruined everyday. If you are a up and coming fighter I’d just focused on strictly building your name.”
As of now, Ryan Garcia is not scheduled to fight again in 2025.
