Ariana Biermann, 23, has been sentenced in connection with her arrest for driving under the influence back in 2022.
On May 28, In Touch first reported that the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Kim Zolciak's daughter, had been sentenced, as per Us Weekly. The court documents obtained by In Touch revealed that a hearing was conducted on May 23 regarding Biermann's 2022 DUI arrest, involving a car crash.

A look at all the charges against Ariana Biermann
In August 2022, Ariana was arrested and taken into custody for driving her car in an inebriated state. According to a Yahoo report, six misdemeanor charges were filed against her during that time.
Those charges included driving under the influence of substances, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a vape, underage possession of alcohol, a lane change, and failure to obey traffic signs, Reality Blurb reported.
However, her overall charges were decreased during the recent hearing. According to the plea deal, Ariana Biermann pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She confessed to smoking a THC vape the previous night. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star's daughter also confessed to the charges of possessing and using drug-related objects. The prosecutors dropped the remaining charges against her.

According to the court orders, Biermann will serve 24 months of probation as part of her sentence. It has been specified that breach of her probation could result in imprisonment.
Also, she will undergo 40 hours of community service, abstain from consuming alcohol or drugs unless prescribed, and pay a fine exceeding $2,000. Ariana will need to complete a DUI risk reduction program, too.
According to one of the court orders, a probation officer or an official may require her to submit her breath, saliva, blood, or urine samples for testing periodically.
Her probation could conclude earlier than the provided timeline if she follows the orders diligently.

In a recent conversation with In Touch, Justin Spizman, Ariana Biermann's lawyer, released a statement.
He said:
"Ms. Biermann maintained her innocence since her arrest. We are pleased that the State of Georgia eventually decided to dismiss the impaired driving charge and offer Ms. Biermann the opportunity to plead guilty to a traffic ticket."
Spizman further added:
"Despite her desire to fight this case, she took advantage of the opportunity to put this matter behind her and focus her energy on all the positive endeavors in her life."
The lawyer released an official statement in August 2022 after his client was arrested in Georgia on August 13 for a car accident, as she was found under the influence of alcohol and other charges mentioned earlier.
Justin stated:
"Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived on scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI."
He further continued:
"Despite Ariana’s constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the case. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them."
Us Weekly obtained the police report and discovered an officer's statements about Ariana. He recalled advising her that he could smell "the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath." Biermann denied stating that "the odor was possibly from her clothing."
He wrote in the report:
"Ariana stated she had smoked a THC vape pen the night before but did not drink."
The officer also "conducted field sobriety evaluations with Ariana and observed signs of impairment." He mentioned in the report,
"I observed that she had a noticeable sway during the evaluations."
He also reflected on Ariana's refusal to "provide a breath sample to the preliminary breath test."
