Rapper Chrisean Rock and her boyfriend Hood Trophy Bino seem to have landed in trouble while they were in LA, at the MGM Grand Hotel. According to Vibe, the hotel room was booked from September 19 to 23.

The two went live on Instagram, and viewers reportedly noticed that their children were also present. Subsequently, Child Protective Services and the LA police were called on them on September 19 to do a welfare check.

A video posted on the Instagram account, livebitez, showed police officials entering the hotel room. Other photos in the carousel showed food scattered over the table and a monster gas canister lying on the ground.

Additionally, TMZ Sports published an exclusive report stating that empty Don Julio bottles were found in the room. Hood Tropy Bino was reportedly fined $1000 for smoking. An official screenshot, tentatively about the inspection update, mentioned:

“Metro is currently upstairs in room with CPS doing a welfair check after they seen guest Live stream and wanted to check on the 2 kids inside room Inaddition room smells like weed per Security.”

According to Vibe, Chrisean Rock and Hood Trophy Bino did not have to vacate the room, and the issue was resolved on the spot.

Looking back at Chrisean Rock's previous arrest and her belief in God

Last year, Chrisean Rock faced trouble after she was taken into custody on grounds of a drug felony. However, she was released in September 2024. At the time, she shared an Instagram post, writing that starting a new life and living with purity was a special journey that showed the power of God’s love.

She said it brought her closer to God and the life He wanted for her. She reminded others to stay focused on Jesus for strength and to let His light guide not only their own path but also inspire others.

During an interview with The Danza Project in May 2025, Chrisean Rock was asked to speak about how she was introduced to the Lord at a young age. She said:

“I was in church. So that's all I learned was I don't know. My first word was hallelujah. But when I was a kid, I used to sit in church. Well, and I used to try to like learn what he's saying. Like he used to make jokes. Nothing was funny. Not really registered.”

Chrisean Rock said that when she was younger, she was curious about God but didn’t fully understand. The church she attended catered more to older people, so as a child, she often felt bored, sometimes even falling asleep during services. She said she always believed in God in her heart, but the teachings didn’t make her feel complete back then.

Later, when she started going to a new church with her brother and his wife, things began to make more sense because the pastor explained it in a way she could understand. Chrisean Rock believed that people who say they don’t like church might not have found the right one for them.
