Haley Baylee’s name had appeared on Forbes’ June 16, 2025, Top Creators list with a net worth of $6.5 million, earning her the #36 slot among the year’s highest-paid creators. The outlet also shed light on her 30 million-follower list, which is a reason for her rich net worth. However, the designation might have wrapped pageant history and swimsuit fame into a modern creator narrative, but it did not shield her from public controversies.

Her clip from a podcast went viral, which made a statement that

"Haley Baylee says her mom took out a $150K Loan to help with her doing Content Creation full time"

She then replied to the viral video, sharing that she never got a loan from her parents in relation to getting help for content creation.

In another public controversy, Matt Kalil, the former NFL player who had married Haley Baylee in 2015 and divorced in 2022, filed a lawsuit that moved the headlines from earnings to estrangement. The Sunday Guardian reminded readers of the couple’s timeline and the “irreconcilable differences” that ended their marriage. Kalil had hoped to keep life private after retirement, yet the dispute had forced both names back into view.

TMZ reported that Kalil’s January 6 court papers accused Baylee of offering “invasive commentary” and creating “unwanted attention.” The suit pointed to a November 2025 Twitch livestream, during which Baylee had said the size of his penis was the “biggest factor” in their breakup, a line that, according to the filing, turned a private split into public controversy.

The remarks at the center of the dispute were made during a livestream in which Haley Baylee discussed her former marriage to Matt Kalil. While addressing their relationship, Baylee said the couple’s sexual life had been challenging and identified Kalil’s anatomy as a contributing factor. She described his penis size as

“two Coke cans, maybe even a third.”

“[This happened] our whole marriage,” Haley said on a Twitch livestream. She said she had pursued multiple solutions, explaining,

“I was going to try it all — therapists, doctors [and I] looked up lipo-type s***, you know what I mean?”

Baylee later commented on the situation with humor, stating,

“That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kind of writes itself.”

She also told viewers, “It was, like, he’s .01 percent of the population,” before adding,

“We tried everything [and it was] impossible unless you’re going to be in tears.”

The metaphor circulated widely online, gaining traction across social media and drawing attention well beyond conventional sports coverage. Baylee later reiterated that the breakdown of the marriage involved broader issues than sexual matters alone.

According to a report shared by Us Weekly, Matt Kalil’s lawsuit stated that Haley Baylee’s remarks

“implied that the size of [Matt’s] genitalia was a primary factor in the parties’ divorce and claimed that sexual intercourse … would leave her ‘in tears.’”

The legal documents further claimed that Kalil’s family “has been forced to ‘endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.’” The filing also alleged that Baylee was able to “financially benefit from this surge in traffic.” Kalil sought damages “on all causes asserted in the complaint,” with the total amount said to be “exceeding $75,000.”

Baylee, however, pointed to comments made during the same November livestream, telling Us Weekly that she had offered several complimentary remarks about Kalil, including a reference describing him as the

“greatest guy in the world.”

She told the outlet,

“The truth is in the original livestream. I speak highly of him in multiple ways throughout that conversation.”
