Rumors of infidelity recently placed Bachelor Nation’s Caila Quinn and her husband, Nick Burrello, in the public eye, following viral gossip online.

As first reported by Us Weekly, a content creator came forward in April 2025 with allegations that Burrello had been unfaithful to Caila Quinn. The creator claimed that the accusations involved not just one, but “a couple different people.” The creator stated in a video,

“There are posts and threads deep in the world of Bachelor Reddit that talk about Caila Quinn’s husband cheating on her. The post was made by somebody that he was seeing. In a sense they were texting with each other. It was a relationship over text. He met this person on Grindr and he is dating a trans woman.”

In her video, the content creator also pointed to what she claimed were screenshots of text exchanges between Burrello and an unnamed woman, allegedly posted on Reddit. According to her, Burerello spoke a lot about his wife, yet made plans to meet people when he got away on business trips.

Caila Quinn responded directly in the comments of the TikTok video, shutting down the claims. She replied,

“WTF is this… This isn’t true. And my husband doesn’t go on business trips. This is a joke. No one believe these rumors. This is FALSE.”

According to the creator, Burrello also admitted in the messages that this “was not the first time he’s cheated on Caila.” She further stated,

“It’s very sad to report this but I think he needs to be called out, it’s already public information so please don’t come after me for this. It’s very unfortunate for the kids that are involved in this but you know I don’t think he even cared or thought about it or the consequences of that.”

Caila Quinn celebrates husband Nick Burrello on Father’s Day after shutting down cheating rumors

Caila Quinn honored her husband, Nick Burrello, on Father’s Day, weeks after publicly refuting rumors that he had been unfaithful.

Quinn shared a post on Instagram on June 15. She penned,

“I love you. The kids love you. And I’m grateful for the family we’ve built together. Happy Father’s Day Nick ♥️.”

Her tribute included videos of Burrello spending time with their two children: daughter Teddi and son Christian, born in 2023 and 2024.

Quinn and Burrello married in 2021, having adjusted their wedding plans in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the cheating allegations surfaced earlier this year, Quinn has consistently shown support for her husband on social media.

In May, she celebrated their wedding anniversary with a series of throwback photos. “4 years ago today. "Time flies,” she wrote in one story, paired with a photo of the couple exchanging looks. In another, she added, “Happy anniversary.”

During her first pregnancy, Caila Quinn opened up about the kind of support she received from Nick Burrello. In a report by Us Weekly, she praised him for being especially attentive. She said,

“He has been unbelievably thoughtful — with back massages and an ice-cold Yeti full of water before bed, just the other day he had to shower in a slippery tub and he asked me if I wanted him to hold my hand as I showered so I wouldn’t slip and fall too. Quinn maintains that the cheating rumors surrounding her husband are fake. She emphasized that their relationship is strong and that they are focused on their family.
