Alison Sudol, who was previously in a relationship with David Harbour, recently opened up about feeling like a "scorned woman" while discussing her past relationship with the Stranger Things actor. Alison Sudol and David Harbour were first linked in 2018 and were together for a year until they split in 2019. According to the Daily Mail, in her post, while never addressing Harbour by name, the actress recounted how difficult the final days of their relationship were for her, leaving her "confused, adrift and mentally unravelled."

These comments come weeks after Sudol showed support for singer Lily Allen, who released her fifth studio album, West End Girl, last month, chronicling her own troubled relationship with David Harbour. According to US Weekly, the Grammy-nominated singer and Harbour began their relationship in 2019, just months after his split from Sudol. The former couple tied the knot in 2020, but later announced their divorce in 2024. In her new album, while not explicitly referring to her relationship with the Black Widow actor, Allen hinted that David Harbour's alleged infidelity was the reason for their separation.

Alison Sudol and David Harbour were first rumored to be together in early 2018. According to US Weekly, the couple were initially spotted attending various award ceremonies together during that time, although they had not confirmed their relationship then. Later in February 2018, the couple confirmed their relationship through an Instagram post on Valentine's Day.

In her now-deleted post, Alison Sudol shared a picture with the "Thunderbolts" actor, writing,

"What an ignited soul, what a fire-spirit. What a brilliant artist. What a caring, deep, intuitive individual, who has changed my life completely and utterly. What a lucky woman I am.”

The couple kept their relationship out of the spotlight in the following months, but in early 2019, they confirmed that they had split up.

Last week, on November 14, Alison Sudol took to her Instagram to share a picture from June 2019, where she detailed the final months of her relationship, something fans have interpreted as referring to David Harbour. Lily Allen also commented on the post with a heart emoji to show her support. In the post, Sudol wrote:

"I took this picture in early June of 2019. I was living in New York, in a fancy apartment with big windows that looked at another building. I had chosen almost every item in it but it didn’t feel like home. I was a kind of sad that drifted in and out of focus. I drifted in and out of focus. It was the tail end of a relationship but I didn’t know it."

She further added:

"I think I knew that something was wrong, suspected I wasn’t ok, but I was so confused, tangled up in a narrative that wasn’t mine but was so loud I couldn’t hear beyond it. I couldn’t get my thoughts straight. It was abundantly clear I couldn’t change things, so I kept trying to change me. The thing about bullies is that they know how to win. They tie your hands together and convince you you’ve done it to yourself."

Apart from this, back in October, after Lily Allen released her album, the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" actor showed her support by commenting on the announcement post by writing, "🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥"
