Memphis Bleek thinks Jay-Z and Damon Dash are on the outs for good.

During his recent appearance on Drink Champs, the rapper claimed that there is no possibility of a reunion between the two because Dash allegedly did something that can't be undone.

“No,” he said of a possible reunion. “I feel like a line was crossed, man.”

Complex has reported that Jay-Z and Dame Dash launched Roc-A-Fella Records in 1996, making waves in the hip-hop industry at the time. Their label was successful for years as it took on the likes of Kanye West, Beanie Sigel, Bleek, the Diplomats, and more.

However, back in 2004, Roc-A-Fella was sold to Def Jam, and not long after, Hov was made president of the latter. Dame was reportedly cut out of the deal, causing tensions between the two. The pair have since been fighting it out in court, and just recently, Dame had to sell his remaining shares of the label to settle a $823,000 debt.

The drama between Dame Dash and Jay-Z explored as Memphis Bleek weighs in on the drama:

During his podcast appearance, Memphis Bleek also pointed out Dash's public comments about Hov in recent years:

“N##### crossed the line that that’s no return, bro,” he said. “I don’t know how much n##### get paid for that s### or whatever, but it’s like when you speak on personal issues, a man’s kids, a man’s integrity, you know, n##### going through cases and s###, and you speaking on that, it’s no return from that, bro.”

He added,

“How do you even talk to a n#### about a n#### who talked about him like that? I don’t even know how to bring that conversation up to a man like, you know, that’s been ridiculed and dragged through the media by a n#### that you called your bro, that would question your integrity. How do you even bring that up?”

He was referencing Dame's Art of Dialogue interviews from late last year, when he addressed the debt, his bond with Diddy, Jay-Z, and more. At the time, the former Roc-A-Fella executive detailed all the alleged ways he was scammed by his former partner:

"Unless he’s f***ing my money up, I don’t give a f**k what Jay’s doing,” he said at the time. “But when he’s [messing] with my money, that’s when I be like, ‘You know what? Enough is enough.' [...] Right before Tommy Hilfiger signs the papers [for a Rocawear deal], [Jay] makes an announcement saying he’s not with Rocawear, that he’s only f***ing with S. Carter. F***ed the whole s**t up and I just feel like he did that only because I was going to make $40 million. Every time I could have made a really big check, he’s always stepped in and intentionally f***ed it up. Every time."

His comments didn't end there, as he also took shots at Jay-Z's personality:

"If you could compare him to a character now, I’d say he’s like the Penguin," he remarked. "He’s ruthless like that with his friends, or people that help him. [...] They make it like I just volunteered to start talking about [Jay-Z], but people are really asking me questions about him... If everybody doesn’t want to hear me talk about Jay, why the f**k do people keep asking me questions about him? [...] I already walked away from the block. Leave me the f**k alone."

As for Jay-Z, he has yet to address the matter publicly himself.
